Very nice place

我定了住四人的家庭套房還要再收我40歐家庭成員人頭數的錢，要兩個拖鞋裝聽不懂，還得我翻譯給她看，非常小家子氣。

It is not a boutique hotel but a big hotel with standard accommodation and few fancy shampoos in the bathroom. Above all, we literally have a disco at the ground floor with loud music and people’s noise. So, this is not a hotel where you pay to sleep (?!) but where you must wait for the music to be over - they claim it should be over by 2 am but I am afraid it will not. Anyway, 2 am?! Really?!?

My wife and I stayed here in 2021. Liked it so well we wanted to go back. Our room was excellent. We like the smaller scale of the property. The restaurant menu is a bit different now. Not quite as gourmet as before but we still enjoyed it. We ate lunch and dinner there the three nights of our stay. The location is outside of town but it’s an easy walk into town if you don’t want to drive. I’d stay there again

If you want to experience the beauty of rural Greece this is the place. We stayed for an evening after visiting Mycenae. It’s a beautiful spot in orange groves at the top of a hill with panoramic views including the sea in the distance. Great pool. Rooms are comfortable and staff lovely. Only downside is that currently no dinner - only bar snacks - is served and it’s some real Greek rural roads for 2 kms to the nearest village. Breakfast is excellent though with best fresh orange juice I’ve ever had.

Excellent experience mostly because of the superb staff in restaurant and hotel. They made our stay extra special. Besides this, the room with seaview was very comfortable and the direct access to the sea was perfect. I don’t think there is a better boutique hotel in loutraki.

This was a last minute booking and what a wonderful surprise - this place was perfect to explore. Good location, great bathroom and bed. The restaurant spectacular. On the water amazing view and food - modern Greek with twist. Best meal in whole trip. We will add this stop to our itinerary every time!

We booked the room with the private pool (unique available in the premises) to spend a romantic getaway and celebrate our anniversary with privacy and tranquility. When we arrived, we identified that the tenants of another bungalow where obliged to pass through our veranda and in front of our private pool to arrive to their room. In others words, no privacy at all if you have passers by at any given time of the day. Outdoor furniture and sun ombrella were much wore and torn....Later on the day, we found out that there is a party organised in an "events designated area", just 5 meters away fm our doorstep.... When we asked the reception they said there is a wedding/christening party on Saturday night.. We should have been informed prior booking. On Saturday night and around 01:30, whilst we wanted to get some sleep the party DJ was playing the most annoying music in the top volume, with just a handful (less than 5) of invitees remaining in the area (and definetely not dancing). Next day, on 09:00 and despite the party ending at 02:00, we were rudely awakened by the reception to be asked about our eggs on our floating breakfast which was supposed to be served at 10:30hrs, i.e. 1:30 hours later....(even funnier is the fact that they managed to get them wrong). Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space. Our only request was for late check out on Sunday, since we were sleep deprived from last night's party 5 meters away from our doorstep was for late check out...We were only allowed until latest 13:00 (check in for next visitors is for 15:00hrs). To cut the long story short, NO PRIVACY, NO RELAXATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space.
