This hotel DOES NOT have parking, despite being listed as having it. The description mentions public parking nearby for 7 Euros a day, but this is misleading. The actual parking is at Parking Quai St Jean, which is 300 meters away and on lower terrain, requiring you to haul your luggage uphill for 300 meters. Moreover, the parking costs 40 Euros a day, not 7 Euros! If you plan to stay longer, this will significantly increase your expenses. When I asked the receptionist about the discrepancy, he fought with me, refusing to admit any fault. He was angry and never apologized for the hotel's false advertising, repeatedly stating that the hotel does not have parking and that nearby public parking is available for 7 Euros a day. This is a blatant falsehood, as the parking he referred to was the one where my car was already parked. The receptionist was so fixed on not helping me that other French guests, who spoke better English than him, joined the conversation and tried to help explain the problem, to no avail. Furthermore, the room I stayed in was old and dilapidated. The curtain rail fell off completely when I tried to move the curtain in the morning, and the electrical lamps were hanging off the walls. The ceiling tiles were also hanging off the ceiling. Additionally, the room was advertised as carpeted, which was another lie. The room was originally part of a larger room, now separated by a thin wall, so I could hear everything happening on the other side, including the other guest's TV program. What a joke.
