Lovely hotel in Lourdes in the heart of the city just few steps to the Sanctuaire. Amazing staff amd amazing Director - we had a lovely stay in Lourdes amd their buffet you have to try it. So fresh, so tasty, so good quality amd the atmosphere friendly and beautiful colours : the g Food as the furniture. The magnifique rose colour. Thank you very much to the 2 ladies from the buffet you are amazing too. The rooms are large and nice decorated. If you want to feel like home but in holiday I recommand you this hotel. You will chose over and over again. Thank you very much for the great memories and waiting for to come back again❤️

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Gate St Joseph of the sanctuary of Lourdes. Daniel, the receptionist was super helpful. He was kind, polite and efficient. I had a problem with buying the train ticket and he was exceptionally helpful. He practically did the entire booking process for us. The breakfast although it was fresh, it was very basic (it lacks variety). One suggestion, it would be best to have more than one taxi company/driver available as he was very difficult to reach. He was late to pick us up and the receptionist couldn’t reach him. On the whole I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is our home away from home! I have been staying here annually since 1998 and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! This is down to the wonderful welcome we receive and the way the staff make you feel like the most important guests they have. Travelling with HCPT each Easter, we know that our every need will be met by the most friendly of staff- be it at reception, on the restaurant or at the bar. Henri, Didier and Christine looked after us well for many years and now this has passed on to Francois who always goes above and beyond! The new buffet style menu went down a storm this year and the ongoing refurbishments to the hotel makes sure it stays up-to-date and fresh. We really do feel at home here and can’t imagine being looked after by any one else! We travelled to Lourdes on pilgrimage with HCPT (Hosanna House and Children’s Pilgrimage Trust). Hotel Croix des Bretons was our “home” for the week. We spent 7 nights here over the Easter weekend - the 1st week of the season, and the staff could not have been more prepared. From the warm & friendly welcome, accommodating all of our unusual requests like they were absolutely run of the mill, to the buffet style food which was refreshing and good. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere that Francois, Sabine & the team don’t manage. The hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are comfortable, especially the beds, with extra blankets in the wardrobes if needed. The bathroom was spacious and super clean, ours had a bath with a wall shower. The staff in the restaurant were kind, caring and diligent. I know that if I were to come to Lourdes, by myself outside of the organised pilgrimage, Hotel Croix des Bretons would be the first place I would look to book. Grazie Francois! Nice bed, staff good. But…. Worst breakfast I have ever had, cheapest products possible, prison food probably better. Refused to go there second day. Cramped room, larger people would struggle to get in the shower, shower tap is a lever that sticks out which you can easily bump while turning in shower, changing temp to very hot or ice cold.

I stayed at the Hôtel Croix des Bretons for 4 nights, and it is my judgement that this is an excellent hotel, not to mention a superb value given the modest cost. The entire staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel is immaculately clean. I did not eat any meals at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that, but in addition to the restaurant, the hotel features an extensive lobby with many intimate areas for guests to meet, and a lovely outdoor courtyard. The location is just about perfect -- very close to the Sanctuary, but on a quiet street. I would definitely stay at the Hôtel Croix des Bretons again!

My Easter 2023 was spent on pilgrimage in Lourdes, as part of a big group bringing young people with varying needs to this very special place. The hotel staff at Hotel Croix des Bretons were excellent at accommodating us, feeding us and coping with unusual requests. Our group had a wonderful stay here, as they have had for many years. The warmth of welcome, service, friendship and hospitality we ( always ) receive at the Croix des Bretons simply makes it our 'home from home' choice when on Pilgrimage in Lourdes. The relationship goes back for over 25 years now and its our 'go to' destination. Organising a group to travel to Lourdes every year is tough enough, with the exception of our hotel choice quite simply we always have a 5 Star Experience from the minute we arrive until we leave - nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. If you add to this the hotels excellent location in Lourdes it has to be your hotel of choice. Francois and his team will make it a great experience for you.....

I travelled to Lourdes as part af group taking children on pilgrimage. We stayed at the Croix Des Bretons for 7 nights. As always we were looked after by all the staff. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and perfect for what we needed. The food was varied and filling. The children loved the choices at breakfast and all meals were enjoyed. Sabine, Francoise and the team at Hotrl Croix Des Bretons look after us year after year and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. You get 5 gold stars from us. Thank you Amanda and HCPT Group 39

Friendly, amazing service and good value. They were also extremely accommodating, letting us leave our bags after check out as we walked around Lourdes and helping us get a taxi to the station on an extremely tight schedule.

This is the second time I am visiting this hotel… last time I went alone and this time with my friends, we all had a great experience and extremely satisfied with the rooms and their service… I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel… Très bon accueil… bien satisfait!!!… très propre les chambres… Merci hôtel crois des bretons.. à bientôt!
