Don't hesitate to book your stay in the most hospitable, luxurious, and beautiful B & B in Louisville. The history of the mansion is fascinating and has landed in the right hands with new owners who are truly passionate about creating a memorable experience. The attention to detail everywhere you turn is exquisite. My favorite being the friendly morning greeting, followed by the best breakfast on our stay in Kentucky made by Allen after a restful night's sleep in the coziest room. Throw in the location across from lovely Central Park and a plethora of Victorian homes to stroll by, and you cannot go wrong. You will be thinking about returning by the time you leave! Beautiful historical inn with wonderful breakfast. Stayed in Old Fashioned Room with updated bathroom and comfortable king size bed. Lots of room to relax. Enjoyed common areas to read, relax and enjoy the ambience. Thanks for lovely experience.

Don't even think about searching for another B&B near the bourbon trail! The Bourbon Inn is not only beautiful inside - it offers so much history and comfort in each elegantly designed room. You can sit just about anywhere in the home and take a moment to relax or sip tea. Our room was on the 3rd floor so you'll get plenty of steps in and beautifully appointed (Old Fashion Suite.) And, if you don't want the steps - the carriage house is for you! Then there's the B For breakfast...Allen is an expert at just about everything - but his sweet spot is being your host/chef. We met some lovely guests and enjoyed a delightful dinner around the corner (BUCKS-see my review) and if I ever return to Kentucky I'll most certainly stop again to see Allen. Book your room!

This was the best B&B I've ever stayed at! Allen made it feel like we were staying with friends - he was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. His breakfasts were delicious and so was the old fashioned he made for me! The house is absolutely gorgeous, the bed was super comfortable, and there was even a little table set up with wine and bourbon (available to purchase), glasses, and a corkscrew. I've never seen that before and I thought it was a really thoughtful touch. Parking was readily available and the historic neighborhood was charming. I'm already looking for a good excuse to go back!

We recently enjoyed a night in the Kentucky Classic Suite in the carriage house of the Louisville Bourbon Inn. It was immaculate, and Allen was the consummate host. Everything from his Old-Fashioned when we arrived to his unbelievable sausage gravy the next morning was top notch. (Can’t forget to rave about the espresso martini, either. It was the best I’ve had!) It is so much more than just a night at a B&B; it is truly an experience, and Allen goes to every length to make it absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more and CANNOT wait to go back!

If you are staying in Louisville and want to feel like the guest of honor, then the Bourbon Inn is the place to be!!! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the incredibly friendly host/groundskeeper Allen. He was beyond kind and immediately showed us the house along with our rooms. The house is beyond beautiful, it is a Victorian Mansion with all the amenities one could need. We had stayed in the Kentucky Classic room and were so pleased with it. As soon as we stepped in, everything was so clean and beautiful. It certainly felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts of our stay though had to be the breakfasts made by Allen, even now back at home I am missing the AMAZING meals that man creates. While we loved our stay at the Bourbon Inn for many reasons, this place would not be the same without someone as kind and courteous as Allen. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and at home! We certainly hope to see you again next time we stay in Louisville!

We loved our stay at the historic Louisville Bourbon Inn! The location in the Historic District was convenient to all of our activities during our stay. The property was beautifully appointed and faithful to its history. Allen went above and beyond!

A truly memorable stay, with unmatched hospitality. From the initial booking and coordination to our departure, Jeff and Allen were responsive and provided great recommendations that enhanced our overall visit. The Inn itself was stunning, but felt like home whether we were having Allen’s phenomenal breakfasts (the homemade biscuits and gravy- wow) or sipping bourbon in the bourbon room while playing a board game. During our stay opted to add the Bourbon Tour add-on through their partner “Travel the Trail” and couldn’t have been more pleased with the personalized tour. Andy, our driver, had a fantastic energy and even added an impromptu visit to an extra distillery. The tour day was intimate and felt like we were just out with friends, instead of squeezing into a large shuttle. At the end of some of very long fun-filled days exploring the area, coming back to the beauty of the Louisville Bourbon Inn and the comfort of the bed and jetted tub coupled with Allen’s lovely drink menu was nothing short of perfection. If you’re looking to visit Louisville and want your accommodations and hosts to be a part of that memorable experience, this is what you are looking for. A Must Stay at the Louisville Bourbon Inn!!! This B n B is truly FANTASTIC!!!! stayed for 3 nights/4 days and we were sad to leave. Allen, one of the owners, was unbelievable!!! Very Friendly, Cooked 5+ star breakfasts , attended to all our needs and made the BEST Ole Fashion ! LOVED every moment at the Inn. Thank you Allen for being so Wonderful !
