Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor

I cant say enough about the staff at this hotel, Chris, Julie, Cedric, Jerry and Larissa are worth the stop. I was stuck at this hotel during the winter storm. They made me feel like family!! With the complimentary breakfast each morning and The Mix Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night I didn't have any extra expenses. You can get a glass of wine as well. This hotel is a true treasure. Go experience it for your self. It will not disappoint!!!!!

We have been staying at this Residence Inn for years and it is still a great Residence Inn. From the friendly and helpful front desk - - a shout out to Turquoise who was terrific - - to the breakfast staff, everyone who works at the hotel does a wonderful job. And, the hotel seems to have been spiffed up since we were there in April. Our go to hotel in Louisville.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at (all over the world)! This is how service and quality should be. The hotel, rooms and grounds were clean. ALL the staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast staff and hotel management went above and beyond to accommodate our allergy needs. There is an ease and peace to the place that helps you rest well. We WILL absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

We had THE BEST weekend at the Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor! The staff was great, super friendly and very accomodating! Big thank you to Brittany and Danielle for being so sweet, courteous, and able to answer all of our questions! The room we stayed in was a two bedroom/two bathroom suite, and it was fantastic! It had a full kitchen, a pull out couch, and the beds were so comfortable! Everyone loved the warm pool, and the fire pit was the perfect unwind after all the fun at the pool! The breakfast was delish, and the kids enjoyed exploring the large lobby/breakfast area. The adults and kids in our group all had a blast! It was the perfect hotel for a quick weekend getaway, but would also be very comfortable for a longer stay, and we will definiyely be returning! I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this hotel. Maybe the best Residence Inn we have stayed in. Excellent guest facilities and nice, friendly staff. We loved Victor, the breakfast room attendant. Such a nice, friendly guy. Marriott should use him as a role model for other employees in that same position.

Spent a very rainy weekend in Louisville, but the entire staff, especially the Front Desk, had amazing “sunshiney” personalities that made you forget about the rain! The Breakfast Staff was so accommodating, continually cleaning and replenishing all items. Our room was perfect and spotless! I’d say this hotel is the perfect place to stay on your next visit to Louisville! And very convenient to everything we needed! Thank you to ALL!
