Situated on 4.5 acres and surrounded by pine trees, this bright, updated 1,040 sq ft ranch-style home is complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cathedral ceiling, brand new hickory waterproof floors, an eat-in kitchen designed for cozy dinners, and lots of updates throughout.
Conveniently located approx. 5 miles to the town of Mineral and approx. 10 miles to the town of Louisa. Other points of interest and driving time from the house include:

Very Nice
This was an overflow house for family that we didn’t have sleeping accommodations. They didn’t spend much time in the house but they thought it was very comfortable. The people sleeping in the primary bedroom would have liked sun blocking drapes tho. Said the morning sun was really bright. I would reserve this house again.

This is a wonderful, quiet property tucked back in the woods, yet convenient to necessities & activities. The home has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Property manager was very responsive.

Girls' Getaway
We enjoyed our getaway at The Johnson Cottage. It was just far enough away to be peaceful, yet not too far away from Louisa, Mineral, and wineries to give us plenty to do. However, bring a star-link or hot spot if you want to be online. We would definitely visit this property again.

AMAZING
Lovely home. Well maintained. It is clear Brenda care about her guest. Her response to any questions was impressive. Comfortable beds. Outdoor space is relaxing. We stayed there to attend our daughter’s wedding at Avonlea Farms and couldn’t have asked for a better rental. Thank you Brenda for everything.

Great house!
The house is fantastic! Spotlessly clean, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location too, and the yard is peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning.

Beautiful, quiet spot
We were there for a nearby family gathering. This little ranch is just beautiful. In a quiet spot just far enough away to be relaxing without being so far away it's inconvenient. Hosts were wonderful and friendly and quick to respond to questions. 100% will rent this house again!
