I cancelled the event of hosting a wedding Kone village within 21 days policy, now it's a mission to get my refund. I have entered third week waiting for my refund and still nothing! is this good for business of their quality?? I'm now left with 2 weeks to my wedding And the refund could help sort some of my things, can you imagine the frustration.

A good establishment, however cold water in shower...breakfast staff on first morning waltzed in at 7...noisy party and banging music....not a place to visit buy convenience if you doing something around area...up and down movement of people ..
