61 steps and a ramp to our apartment. The reception is in the lowest corner of the large complex, so if you have an apartment in the top corner, it's hard work. The apartment was dirty, broken tiles and furniture. Rusty bath with no shower curtain. The bathroom door lock was stuck open. Extractor fan doesn't work. Shower changes between cold to very hot depending on people flushing toilets (potentially dangerous for young children). Maid didn't come during our 2nd week, except when we requested clean towels. When we checked in we were told we didn't have to wear the wristbands, just take them to breakfast. After the first week the maid removed them from the room, and when we requested new ones, we were told off for not wearing them. No way am I wearing a bright orange wristband just for bed & breakfast. One of the night of the week the entertainment is free bingo, where the prizes are an ice cream, a drink voucher, or a bottle of wine. This is very poor because they are saving the cost of an entertainer that evening, so prizes should be better. Broken tiles and large gaps between tiles in public areas where kids play barefoot, shoddy maintenance. Full price drinks at the bar even when they use cheap brands, Watery fruit juice and watery hot milk at breakfast. Some days the pastries and bread rolls were burnt but still put out. Sorry if you've booked to stay here already. Avoid if you haven't

We just stayed here for 3 weeks, location is great rooms where okay cleanliness not great I bought my own cleaning products from the supermarket and cleaned myself as wasn’t very clean and the cleaners where hit and miss we had to keep asking for clean sheets and towels as was meant to be every 4 days but wasn’t, our room was located right near the laundry room so got woken up every morning at 8am to them dragging the trolleys up and down other than that was okay staff helpful, definitely need to hire a fan from reception as gets really warm

Just back from an 11 night stay here and had a lovely time. We were bed & breakfast and can't fault the food. Cooked lovely and plenty of choice. The location is great! 5min walk from a beautiful beach and local bars and restaurants. Cleaners came in every 2 or 3 days. There's no Aircon so can be quite warm. Think you can hire fans at reception. We spent a lot of time at the busy pool with the music and games going on. The hotel has two other quieter ones. The only let down was we had a late flight home and the courtesy room doesn't have a shower or even a sink. Just a loo n safe place for suitcase. I'd stay here again but only if my flight home was early.

No words can describe this place other than shocking ....... Room is in need of repairs as the two rooms that are on either side of us is getting there walls knocked down and repaired.. the doors to the bedroom don't shut because of the wall. Bathroom has no window so is very hot. Had to pay 20 euro for two fans .... Had people in other apartment next to us but then they got moved , without any offer to us . Bar staff Nice Restaurant staff Nice Reception staff No help what's so ever. The food was hit and miss. As there was plenty meat ,fish dishes and veg but nothing to go with them apart from chips ..... no potatoes, so the point of having the two sauces that go over canarian potatoes was pointless. Entertainment...... well I will say no more. Pools were in serious need of cleaning not once did I see anyone clean the pool and the scum that has gathered over the time . Upside!! Walking distance to shops and beach. Would not recommend , And definitely very disappointed with the lack of care they show. Overall, shabby in serious need of renovation.

Accommodation is clean if basic However I have never experienced staff that are so rude and unhelpful in my life. On arrival in my ground floor room I discovered the the window to the bedroom was open and would not close or lock. When I explained this to reception the response I was given by the female was “ what would you like me to do ?” And their resolution was to “ pay to use the safe “ I checked out there and then awful attitude and aggressive manner

Just returned from a lovely 10 day break at checkin Atlantia, firstly we had a ground floor room near the main pool and resturante superior (room 124) with aircon, we loved it for the affordable price we paid, all the staff were fantastic, polite and kind, kamila on reception alway smiled and said of course to everything we asked, a credit to the hotel, she always smiled at us when we were out and about wich made us feel special. Betania was a beatiful entertainment specialist was always bouncing around the complex and pool making everyone's day feel special, always had time for a chat and gave the complex some real life, the manager and all canteen staff were fantastic, we went half board and had free juice, coffee, water at breakfast and evening meals, I even got a complimentary lager off a lad who's name I don't know. Close to beach and bars, great location, however I do feel we were lucky with our room as some people complained to us of no aircon, (not sure you can choose this in a superior room) so it's pot luck I'm afraid, pools are small but who cares, the beach is on your doorstep and huge.the 2 ladies in reception sorted all our excursions with ease, free busses to everywhere just up the steps, (a nice work out). The holiday is what you make it and the staff here are all amazing and want you to have a good time, Cleaning and painting the main pool as we left so will be even better. Just be careful if you need aircon would be my advise. Thank you to everyone at checkin, my kids miss all the lovely staff especially marii and Anna who work on the excursions desk.
