A really good hotel, it's near the train station. The receptionists are welcome.

The hotel is good. Location 15 minutes to the sea. We liked. Bed linen is clean, but towels could be better

Excellent sized clean and tidy apartment with balcony looking out over the pool. Friendly staff, great amenities, gym, shop, pool, tennis court, and plenty of space to lounge around in the sun. Short walk to the shops, bus station and beach.

It is ok for few nights . It is suitable for adults .

Lovely hotel. The lady at the reception was nice. The room was spacious. We had sea and mountain views. Our room was on the end so our balcony wrapped around the side.

Sitio muy tranquilo se puede ir andando a la playa en cinco minutos tienes la estación de autobuses muy cerca por lo que si te apetece puedes desplazarte con bus fácilmente por la isla . Tiene la ventaja de que al estar un poco alejado es muy fácil descansar y dormir sin ruidos si buscas tranquilidad . En cuanto al apartamento es muy amplio y limpio y la terraza es muy amplia y fantástica . Lo único que destacaría negativo es la posibilidad de que a las ocho de la mañana se permita reservar con toallas las hamacas de la piscina pudiendo ver durante horas las mismas vacías pero obviamente ocupadas ... Deberían poner un poco de orden en relación a esto.

Nice 3* hotel that’s in the process of being updated staff friendly it’s at the top of a hill but you should know that before booking and taxi are very cheap to get around at some point a new hotel is going to be built next door which could cause disruption I probably wouldn’t stay again within the next couple of years due to this

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels given. Not far from restaurants and shops. I used the gym a few times- basic but fine for a quick holiday workout. I read some of the poor reviews and I completely disagree with them. This is a lovely hotel at a budget price.

This is our second visit to Coral los Alisios (we have just booked our third visit for November and can’t wait). Again absolutely loved the place. I done research before going, so knew how far away things were, which was not far. We walked everywhere, next to everything you need. We had the 2 bed complex again, loved it, it was spotless, cleaners were in when we wanted them in (I put the sign on the door a couple of days). All staff very friendly. We have felt very secure staying in coral los alisios both times, security is great. People leaving negative comments about location have clearly done no research so cannot fault the hotel for this, only have themselves to blame. We were in C110 last week and the views of the sky were absolutely stunning! Hurry up November!

Nice, clean apartment hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful. Pool was quite cool, though. Not the best breakfast we've had and hence not good value. We ate out most of the time, plenty bars and restaurants to chose from. The hill was not that bad after all.

Pros: comfortable beds and really fluffy pillows. Have had some of my best nights sleep here; TV has a mix of channels for different languages; very nice staff! I have made a few friends of the staff who have been a lot of fun to chat with. Have events and the breakfast buffet is worth the daily amount; nice cafe and market onsite. Had partial views of ocean from two sides of balcony. Beautiful sunsets! Recycling made easy all around and encouraged! Cons: WiFi is ok. Don’t depend on it. A LOT of steps around complex. If you have issues climbing or going down stairs daily and often, get ground floor room. This is my only REAL complaint. I got one of the apartments with kitchen, but didn’t feel comfortable using anything. Although the room itself looked clean there was a really BAD smell in my room. It was the most unpleasant part of my stay. The bathroom has a constant foul odor. I bought some Glade air freshener at local market but the smell just keeps returning. The refrigerator smells like was cleaned with chlorine. I hope they can address this when I leave so the next guest doesn’t have this issue.

Nice stay. The room was spacious, a bit outdated but everything works, well-maintained, and clean. Our room did not have Air Condition but that was quite OK in April. The main pool area was a bit noisy but there is a quieter spot with sunbeds and a small splash park behind building C (facing the mountains). We checked the breakfast after seeing mixed reviews and found it excellent, so we bought it for our entire stay. The pool bar is affordable with daily offers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Coral Los Alisios again. It is a 10-minute walk to Apolo Center, where there's a bus stop, SuperDino grocery store, and many restaurants, and about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown/beach.

First time staying here. Been coming to Tenerife for 22 years. Arrived at lunch time and the room was ready for check in. We were located on the 5th floor. Accessible via a lift. The room was great, very spacious and clean and well presented. We were self catering but didnt use any of the facilities in the room however everything you would need was there if you wanted to use it. Beds were comfortable and room was well ventilated. Shower Gel/Shampoo/Handwash all available in the bathroom along with a hairdryer. Great sized balcony with 2 comfortable chairs and also 4 chairs around a table. Great views. Pool area was quiet when we were there. Very clean pool and pool area, plenty of beds. Pool was freezing so only had a quick dip! Pool bar was great, reasonable prices and the toasties were lovely. All staff were friendly. Only (tiny) downside is that we couldn't have a late checkout and the shower rooms we had to use were like a sauna. I am sure that late checkouts are available sometimes but if not, then a shower room is available at a pre booked time for use. I would stay here again at this time of year.
