Wonderful, wonderful vacation — all around. The amenities and services are 5+-star from housekeeping to room service and pool maintenance. Best of all is the staff who is attentive and accommodating. Live Aqua definitely lives up to its mantra: Your wish is my wish.

Everything at Live Aqua in Cabo is A+, from the friendly staff, to the excellent facilities, to the food at the on-site restaurant Mai. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and are very responsive to every need. The rooms are great, with spectacular views from the balcony, some with hot tubs as well. Privileges at the adjacent Grand Fiesta Americana are also a benefit with the all-inclusive option. Outstanding stay all around! If you have breakfast at the Grand Fiesta Americana (buffet is fabulous!) be sure and ask to sit in the area that Jose, Roberto and Cruz are working in and you'll receive first-class service.

The experience at Live Aqua is always 10/10. From the rooms, the food, the hospitality… everything is perfect. Even the smell of the rooms is welcoming and soothing - its a delight to wake up to. I love the people here and I don’t see myself staying anywhere else the next time I’m in Mexico!

We love Live Aqua Los Cabos! The staff are amazingly helpful and ever ready to solve any problems! Vicki and all the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Kudos to Armando and the pool and restaurant team—cannot say enough good things. They seem to know what you need before you can say anything! Muchas gracias a todos. Great experience as always. Clean rooms. Great food and amazing beds. Weather was perfect. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Always very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. We love our concierge Lynette and Aydee and Dulce are amazing.

I only stayed here for a few nights, but it was more than enough to realise what an amazing experience this is. From the start, I was received with a breathtaking view of the sea along with a complimentary charcuterie board and a very nice bottle of wine. Also, the residences are huge, beautiful and impecable. Everyday all the staff made me feel so welcome and pampered, such as Ilse the concierge, Candy from telephones, Francisco from room service, Andrey the bartender, and obviously Victoria, the Manager and Marysol, the Guest Service Manager. Also the service at the Grand Fiesta was cheerful and authentic, with people like Arandi from Room Service and Martha from Península who made me feel like they genuinely cared about my service. I really hope to be back soon! These days were everything I expected and more!

We hate the winter in Missouri, so we head to our second home at Live Aqua in Cabo Del Sol. We've been going to Grand Fiesta Americana, and for the past years at Live Aqua for the last 11 years. It is definitely our go to place! We have shared this experience with family and friends and to a person, they are blown away. First, the staff at Live Aqua is superb! From Victoria, Estephania, Marysol, Saul and Adrian, they are the BEST! They've become friends over the years and it truly is like "coming home" when we see each other. Victor in the restaurant also has become a friend over the past couple of years and takes super care of all our needs. When we head to Grand Fiesta Americana to either eat or spend time snorkeling and just relaxing in our cabana at the beach, I cant's say enough about how my closest friend, Ramiro Trani takes care of us. He's just the best! Other wait staff that we truly like and do a phenomenal job also are Christian, Cristian and Eduardo. That being said, every staff person at either location that we've had interaction with have all been very friendly, courteous and great at their job. You'd have to look long and hard to find a place that's nicer and has a staff that treats you better.

We absolutely love returning to Live Aqua in Cabo! This visit was extra special as we celebrated milestone birthdays with three couples of our closest friends, who were experiencing Live Aqua for the first time. Everyone truly enjoyed the serene, upscale ambiance that makes this resort so exceptional. A highlight of the trip was the newly renovated spa at Fiesta Americana—it’s the perfect spot to indulge and treat yourself and your guests. Special thanks to Lynette and Flora for helping us plan such a memorable getaway celebration, and to Victoria and the entire staff for their exceptional service-as always. You made our celebration special and unforgettable!

The staff was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We hate to leave and cannot wait to be back again. As always, the pool staff was excellent and our meals at the pool restaurant were simply amazing and the service impeccable. Bottom line, we all enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again in the spring. Thank you all very much for everything.

This was our third year in a row staying at Live Aqua Cabo. The accommodations, food, and staff are amazing. It’s nice to see familiar faces every year and meet new staff. They treat us like family and they’re all so welcoming and friendly. Martha, Emilio, & Marcos, did everything to make our Villa perfect. Bryan and Adrianna were amazing servers at the lobby bar and pool. Highly recommend

Also, Armando was so great and was always on top of any of our needs. He had a great attitude even when we he had to come to our residence multiple times. Jorge, the driver who took us to and from the resort multiple times, was always so much fun and gave us amazing service. Andry, the bartender at Live Aqua, was willing to make us drinks and did it with a smile. Jorge, the bartender at Live Aqua, was a pleasure to work with and made us feel welcome and took great care of us at the bar!! This was a sibling trip that my brother treated us all too, and by far, the service was top-notch. We hope to be back in the future!
