The room have washer and dryer which is very good. And the space is spacious

Pretty good service. The room is very comfortable provided with many convenient facilities.

Very clean and minimalist-aesthetic! Total of 6 people staying together (2 rooms cuz they didnt really wna sleep on the sofa) and its big enough to accommodate 👍🏻 only downside is its in a quite dangerous neighbourhood (saw someone getting pointed at with a gun)

The overall of my stay hotel in this hotel was very pleasant. Good location to explore the DALT area.

This is my worst experience ever . I was charged a 250 dollars fee from my account, apparently, they said they’ll have that 250 dollars on hold before I can be given the check in details to check into the room and have it refunded back to my account after 3 - 5 business days after checking out . I saw this 250 dollars taken out of my account , the moment I gave authorization for it to be taken, so I can be given my check-in details , but I never had my money returned . I have waited for about 2 weeks now but still never got back my 250 dollars . They said , the money has been refunded back to my account and I should speak with my bank . I spoke to my bank for a hour plus , multiple times but they said they didn’t see the transaction nor my money being refunded nor released . I spoke with Sonder customer service several times but they kept having me going forth and back with no solution nor have my money returned back to me . This is the worst experience have had when it comes to lodging . I’ll never lodge in such a place ever again and I hope they choke on my hard earned money .

Amazingly comfortable and beautiful. The room was one of the best I had ever been; very spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel seemed to be pretty new; inside the building (the lobby) was beautiful as well. The front desk manager was kind and helpful; we asked to keep our luggage for about 2 hours before check-in and everything went smoothly. The Sonder app was convienient to use and the 24-hour chat service was very well-supported and friendly. The app showed all the information I needed in order to access my room and enter the hotel (+ wifi info). I messaged them a couple days before checkin to ask about the sofabed, and they were very responsive. I also asked for extra sheets & duvet while I was staying, and they came within 20 minutes with everything I needed. (However, the duvet cover came separated with the comforter so I had to put them together myself.) AC, kitchen, bathroom, everything worked well. Yes, DTLA is loud with sirens at night, but I think that's just the location. I didn't bring a car, but parking in the area is very expensive. The hotel does not have its own parking lot.

다운타운에 위치하고 있어서 접근성 좋음. 다만 이 건물뿐만 아니라 모든 건물이 전반적으로 시스템창이 아니라서 방음이 잘 안됨. 청결하고 호텔+에어비앤비 장점을 따서 만든 호텔이라 여러모로 편함(요리 가능!). 출장이나 여행으로 엘에이 오게 된다면 재방문 무조건~!

3人3泊で60,000円程で宿泊しました。 ユニオン駅からもバスで20分程で立地もよく、何といっても他のホテルにはないあまりないキッチンやラウンドリーマシンがあり、とても重宝しました。

像民宿和酒店的結合體，房間面積很大，床也很大，還有個沙發床，一家四口完全沒問題，吐槽一下烘乾機非常不好用，聲音大還烘不幹，位置就在downtown晚上路上的噪音很大，一會兒警車聲一會兒喇叭聲，停車在酒店背後單獨收費的停車場，30刀一晚，酒店性價比還不錯了。

房間很大，廚房設施非常齊全，就住宿體驗來説還是不錯的。但酒店大門臨街，周圍也不太安全，沒有專門的停車下客區，本來和打掃房間的服務生交待了不要打掃房間，我們離開後他還是進房間了，衹更換了浴巾，還把我自己的浴巾收走了，還好出門前鎖上了行李箱，但莫名增加了不安全感。

洛城，晚上深秋開暖氣，中午酷暑開冷氣，當地土人稱為“永遠夏季城”。 住市中心sonder craftsman，優秀的介於傳統酒店和bnb之間的東西，非常寬敞，應該是舊辦公室改造，屋頂非常高，窗的設計和電影裏康斯坦丁的公寓一模一樣。 周邊到處都是20-50年代商業大樓改造高級共渡公寓和酒店的工程。美國總算是過了這個居民區和商業區嚴格隔離的愚昧政策，開始學習亞洲的混合模式了。高收入白領居民多了，地方也就自然就振興了。當然，晚上游民四處走還是不安全的，污水恆流，帳篷滿城，遍地尿騷，，白天還可以。不遠更有wholefoods，我本來衹看看他家的葡萄酒，這次發現超市出於健康環保藉口不賣可口可樂產品！！
