The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort

We are here for our friend's birthday and our wedding anniversary so it's a double celebration at this beautiful resort!!! Five days and nights in our pristine room with a great pool, lazy river and ocean views. Floats supplied for the lazy river where you can float all day long. Water and pools were warm. We brought our noodles from our home. Lagoon with sea life was a must see and the resident turtles are a must visit to see them. Service was outstanding from the Valet, check-in, our Butler service, all the pool and beach attendants and all the bartenders that we encountered through out our stay. Just a few minor snafus that we encountered and spoke to management about it. Even with the snafus we still give the resort 5 bright stars!!! Shout out to the great staff who we encountered through during our stay... Xavier, Jorge Bellmen, Ashlynn, Front desk, smooth check in Sarah, Michael, Peter, our Butlers, anything we needed they were there Amber, Logan, Todd, Lobby bartenders, They make a great drink Abi, Jeff, Beach attendants, with buckets of bottled waters on ice Dawn, Aaron, Andrew, Riva Italian restaurant, great service and Aaron makes a great 3 sunny side up well done eggs for me for breakfast. Onna, Jennifer, CW Prime, great service, awesome steaks, and sides Spencer, Demi, Mackey Oshen Sushi bar, Fresh sushi and fabulous sunset James and Chris House Security Brady and Carmelo Pool staff, great fruit drinks and Frozen Mochis And Joe Micals the lobby Pianist, who made beautiful music in the lobby. Overall, five star resort and property and supreme service. Great lobby bar, immaculate decor. And comfy rooms. We will be back!!!️️️

Beautiful property and grounds. The level of service we received was top notch. They took care of all our needs. The food was amazing and had great presentation. Lots of activities and things to do. The evening sunsets were breathtaking. They give you a cooler with water bottles for when you are at the pool.

A few friends and I visited the St. Regis on a Friday night to listen to the live jazz in the lobby. Everything was fabulous - especially our bartender Brittany. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were also celebrating my birthday and she even took the time to make our visit that much more special with champagne and a cute St. Regis teddy bear! She gave us exceptional service and delicious drinks. We will be back very soon! :)

This is by far the best resort I have stayed and I have travelled a lot in the US but also in many other countries. The attention to detail, the customer service is sublime, everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s the little things that have been thought about, like the swimsuit refresh, the turn down service, the amenities in the room and quality of products in the bathroom, in the bar, the espresso machine, The Bentley car service, the pool cool boxes and water, the wooden boxes for service all make it a exceptional resort. Every evening the turn down service provided an extra little something in the room which I looked forward to. The bars, the food, the pools, the pool butlers, the lazy river all were great. The ambience in the Oshen bar was amazing, coupled with the sunsets. We were due to stay for 2 nights we ended up staying 4, then moved on to our next destination for only 2 nights then came back for another 4 nights, so 2 nights turned into 8 in total. This definitely made our 3 week trip from UK more special. We visit Florida every year and travel around but we will definitely be returning here as soon as possible! Finally I want to mention a few people, which if you read all my other reviews I don’t do that often however, Jay on check in desk who has made our stay even more special with his warm, kind, fun personality and he is amazing at his job, it was always a pleasure chatting to him. The other person is Michael who drove us around here and there in the Bentley, again his lovely personality, kindness, friendliness, his recommendations and great conversations, made our stay more special. The room maids, too many to mention were all amazing. Finally Logan in the Lobby bar who was so lovely, put up with us every night and made the best drinks! I’m a Human Resources Director and culture is very important to me and I have to say whatever recruitment methods used for this team are exceptional, the culture and staff team, are all superb!

What a wonderfully beautiful resort. My the moment we walked in and were handed a glass of champagne, that set the tone. Frazier showed us to our room and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeffrey from the front desk was so helpful and was very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and I look forward to my next visit!!

Have been here several times now. The property is stunning; however, when you are paying $1,500 and more per night you expect that the service and food will be top-notch...they are not. Food is sub-par and overpriced (with the exception of the breakfast buffet-that is worth it). Pool staff practically have to be begged to bring a new towel, move an umbrella, etc. When we have been there, all three times, on each trip, other guests say the same and cannot believe the price-service mis-match. I have seen the recent slew of positive reviews which seems suspect to me (I know hotels pay for influencers to post about their trip, unsure if that is what is going on).
