Great location, room was small but perfect for myself and my daughter for one night, close to a supermarket (Sainsbury’s and Waitrose), and close to Earl’s Court tube station, Natural History Museum, Science museum. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, would definitely stay again. No tea or coffee making facilities.

Apart from being central, the hotel looks dated and unclean. The rooms are tiny with no shelves or hangers, the walls are paper thin and there are no lifts

it’s okay to stay for a night, not fancy but the price is good interms of location!

unexpected room are not clean by each day and simple need for microware , water hot pot for drinking and heated food in night needed.

Customer services by the front desk whe we arrive at 16:00 wasn’t available and given a approach, very badly asking for internet information not given right.

Good reliable budget hotel! Very basic - tiny rooms and no windows (unless you pay extra) but comfy beds and perfect location for access to central London. Friendly staff.

Very very basic. We opted for room without window, so basically a pod room. Would benefit a small table to put things on. Wanted own bathroom, otherwise, I think could get nicer shared facilities at this price point.

it’s very very small like box room just the bed was fit in the room nothing else no space to even adjust the luggage as well very tidy room not happy at all and the washroom is just with shower and attached to bed no space at all not happy

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room that I received at first got a dead cockroach in the ceiling. And I demanded for a change of room. Receptionist was helpful, got excellent manners and kind to handle my case.

It was value for money with a good neighbourhood and service.It wasn't 100% clean and the bathroom door was semi broken

I know the easyJet/easy hotel is a budget hotel. This hotel has no excuse for cleanliness and making sure things work.. We got to our hotel the shower didn’t work properly. The TV had no sound room smelt. I went to reception and they moved this to another hotel room . this was smaller than the one I booked, but Tv works shower temperature hot or cold no medium. The sheets were dirty, duvet was ripped not a pleasant experience. A few days in and I’ve been still haven’t been emptied room got hot as it had no windows, because of the rubbish began to smell I would suggest staying in a hostel, as this hotel should be listed at hostel or one star hotel I filled out form to complain on day of arrival to head office, but still waiting for reply three days later Avoid you’ll be better off spending more money or sleeping in a cardboard box

It’s very small in size with just bed and bathroom like in a tiny box room which I knew as had read reviews but only after staying I realised I was worried about the safety aspects as no window and if fire you would have no way out if stairway had fire . Didn’t think not having a window which again I knew but it didn’t hit til I stayed there . Lovely location though

Yes it's small and has no window and a million stairs to the 4th floor BUT it"s very affordable. London is an expensive city, just like the airline Easyjet this is a no frills hotel. Take some water and snacks, just use it as a space to get some sleep and have a shower!
