Really friendly good service, felt like all the team genuinely cared for our comfort. When you book it's hard to know what you're going to get but my expectations were surpassed here. The linen and room are all beautifully clean and fresh. ( Some of the room is a little worn in areas but nothing that affected the comfort.) The bathroom was excellent and equipped. The location is good the nearest tube is 10 minute walk on the Piccadilly line, but there are bus options two minutes away. I walked into main London twice, (1hr 10). There's so much around lovely parks, green spaces. The deposit is simply that, they are excellent at this, as we left the room as we found it the deposit was returned the same day.. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Best price I found in London too. Thank you

It is very clean and comfortable. Due to good location, the transportation is convenient. I love the kitchen and the outdoor area of my room.

The apartment was clean and tidy, had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The apartment is not far from buses or trains to make your way to other parts of London. A suggestion would be to have milk in your selection of teas and coffees. But defiantly book again.

Clean, excellent amenities with pleasant balcony (shared for the floor). We had a lovely stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. Great location for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Booked at Camden Prime. The location was important when searching for accommodation. Easy access to Central London. The staff are very accommodating and flexible, and nothing was too much trouble, helpful staff is so important. The accommodation was fully equipped with all the needs.  The one thing I couldn’t find was BBC on the TV. We would return for sure.

the location is not quite close to Camden Town city centre but you can easily take 15 mins bus to there, also staffs are friendly and the room is clean.

Worried about the distance from city center, but didn’t need to. A quick walk to bus 29 and you can be in the middle of where you want to be in 30 mins. Longer walk and you can take the tube The room was great, bed was soft, cooling worked well (I’m a hot person) , and there was a full kitchen and large fridge and freezer. I did have to buy ice to keep in the freezer but there is a shop around the corner that sells bags of ice. Will stay here again very comfortable stay.

Location is easy to reach but calm. Easier to reach other areas with walk distances. Staff is friendly in check in and out. Rooms are equipped with everything you need. Air-con is a plus. Hope next time could stay longer and able to enjoy the hotel again.
