I was disappointed.... both by the quality of the services provided and by the smell in the rooms . Nothing like the ad ... I definitely don't want to book this hotel again.

When reading the other reviews I was a bit worried about staying, however stayed last night, room was clean, check in was easy. Great location and a cheap price too for London.

We book this hotel due to the fact it is close to train station, it was a layover. The room is small with no fan or aircon, heater doesnt work and the toilet is on the mezzanine floor. Super tight and narrow stairs. Cleanliness was okay, bed is comfy.

Basic, great for the price and especially the location, short walk from KGX, clean, quiet, and for anyone on a budget, nothing to complain about. Also, loads of eateries round the corner.

When you travel on a budget this is the type of place you stay. Good location as it is close to the museum and Piccadilly but it is old and kind of depressing. I would spend the extra money and get the private bathroom as it is worth it.

Avoid this hotel!!! The reception man was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable, make sure your are aware that you need to pay a £10 deposit for the key to your room, which they didn't make clear. The radiator didn't work in the room, no quilt just a fleece throw! Holes in doors and on the walls. The shower scolded my parnter Do not recommend for anyone it should be a no star hote😡😡😡

The Indian reception ask £10 fee for himself,which is not the tips! The room is not a quite one, the only good thing is the location of the hotel.
