This hotel has great location, decent size clean room, but very few amenities in the room and the hotel. There is no fridge, no safe, no gym and no laundry room. So if you are looking for something simple, this hotel is good when the price is right.

Most staff awesome, one or two didn’t know what they were doing on the check in counter. What an amazing view and a good breakfast! Thanks

The accommodation is very good, the transportation is very convenient, then I can sleep freely in this room, then the sound is also relatively low, very good experience, next time I will come back.

We stay at premier inns all over the country. They are all excellent value for money and this was no exception. However we particularly wanted to stay at this one as my husband was born here at the Lying In Hospital in 1948. We stayed in a room on the 10th floor with a view of the London Eye. Very quiet. We did wonder if we were the only guests! On leaving a staff member showed how to see the original part which was absolutely fascinating. There was a history of the hospital and framed photographs. The beautiful original tiles were still there. I would recommend the new Weatherspoons at Waterloo station for a lovely breakfast.

Room - Amazing view from room, very clean, comfy beds, quiet. Location - great location a few minutes walk from London eye. Very central. Food - we stayed for breakfast only. Was very nice, hot and always stocked up. Staff - friendly and helpful and go out of their way for you. Helped with directions and decorated our room for my goddaughters 13th birthday. Also kept our luggage for us on arrival and departure. Highly recommend

Was perfect for our needs right between Waterloo Station and Southbank. We walked to Westminster Abbey in 15 minutes which was great. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in heatwave! We slept really well, soundproofing was great. Could see London Eye from our window. Bathroom and shower great. Breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff helpful and welcoming. Stored our cases for the day after check out (free of charge) when returning to collect them we were exhausted from the day exploring in heatwave and staff said for us to sit in reception and cool down with complimentary drinks for a while, before walking to station for our train. I highly recommend the hotel and would very happily stay again.

From booking to departure the experience was very good. Booking was simple and I was kept informed, via emails, on what to expect during the stay. Check in was easy, didn’t use the automated check in as had early check in but the staff, on reception, were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable, the air conditioning was an absolute bonus. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast was efficient and easy to negotiate. Late check out was a nice addition. All in all my little party were very happy with the stay and staff.

The room and bathroom was clean. Though our room is a little compact but its enough for me and my son. There are more option for bigger room. Breakfast was consistent with full English breakfast with additional charges. We tried to check in via the machine, but gotten some errors and have to wait for the 1 manned reception to assist us. It was check in time, hence there were a few groups of guests waiting to check in due to the machine error. If you need to seek for the reception's assistance, may need to time it properly and avoid peak timing.
