The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 5 mins walk to Holborn Station and Covent Garden Station, making it extremely easy to get around central London. The property itself is very clean and the room is very quiet, no noise whatsoever day or night. Staffs are very friendly and there is even laundry facilities in the basement! Always a bonus when you are traveling with families and kids. I will for sure return when I visit London again!!

Pros: Room looks new and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Complete kitchenette including dish wash and sponge, kitchen towel all provided. The best part is free laundry with dryer. Cons: Room is a bit small. After fitting 2 big luggages there's not much space to walk around. Housekeeping is on every 4th day of stay. No amenities like slipper and toothbrush (probably need to request from front desk). Location: slightly further but still within walking distance to covent garden, Leicester square, chinatown and other attractions nearby. But because of this the room is very quiet and can sleep better.

The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is also very safe and the bed is very comfortable.

일단 신축이라 골랐던 숙소였습니다. 가족과 함께 머물기에 집같은 주방이 있어서 좋았어요! 4일에 한번 청소안내는 받았지만 머무는 동안 2일에 한번씩 청소해주어서 청결하게 잘 지내다가 왔습니다. 뮤지컬 라이언킹과 백투더퓨쳐도 도보 10분 정도였고 코벤트 가든, 트라팔가광장과 내셔널갤러리, 대영박물관 등도 도보로 가능해서 만족스러웠습니다!

酒店位置很好，交通便利，設施比較齊全，房間內衞生不是天天安排保潔，是需要跟前台預約的，這是一個不讓人滿意的地方，酒店房間的環境不錯，建議2人以上的訂高級公寓以上房型，服務尚可，最大的問題是電梯經常出故障

房間很好，酒店公寓服務會對比酒店差一些，我要求可以自己付費補充水和咖啡，也一直沒有補充

房間很寬敞，有廚房設備ㄧ應俱全，可以輕鬆的煮一餐。床很好睡，唯一缺點，當時入住check-in時是大約下午2-3點左右，即始已有房間能給你，飯店人員依然要你下午4點後再入住，感受很不好。

連結裏展示的第五張圖好像不是這個房型的，實際上是沒有那種大沙發的，房間其實挺小的，但隔音很好晚上特別安靜

整體都是很好的體驗

位置很方便，提前到有房間給辦理辦理入住，退房寄存行李也不收費這寫都非常好，床上用品的資料比一年前住時差，房間沒有洗衣機，要到樓下的洗衣房洗，問題是搞衞生的阿姨用同一個洗衣機洗所有的清潔抹布地拖布
