The Z Hotel Soho

Da jeg gik der var værelset, som jeg reserverede, ok, men airconen virkede ikke, og alle remap-værelserne var fulde. Af det var vinter end at værelset ville have været ok, men vi gik der midt på sommeren, og det var for varmt. At være i det rum var som at sidde i saunaen 🥵. Mig og min mand var så kede af det, og vi ønskede ikke at komme tilbage til værelset efter gåturen udenfor. Men natholdspersonalet og lederen var så fantastisk. Vi var dem virkelig taknemmelige, især til natchefen, han forstod vores tilstand og arrangerede et værelse med aircondition. Vi havde en god søvn og oplevelse. Det er i centrum, og det er virkelig en fantastisk oplevelse, og jeg vil også anbefale min ven.

Good hotel

The stars are for the staff alone. They were fantastic and as helpful as they could be. We booked a room for 2 that was barely a room for one. No phone. No fridge. No place to hang clothes. A tiny storage under the bed. The worst part was the toilet that faced the bed seperated by thin glass that could not close if you sat. This is NOT okay. We had to use the ***** bathroom in the basement. The keys didn’t work and had to be replace 3 times. Again very accommodating staff. I’m sure they get these complaints daily and are saints. It is just not okay to advertise this hotel as a place for two adults. Also every 10 minutes the entire night on a weeknight rickshaws would ride by with blaring music. A good reason for sound proofing the windows.
