Clean, good price, facilities were good, easy access to city centre with Kings Cross on your doorstep, public transport a plenty. Local eateries, public houses all near by, no parking but with public transport no need, great for weekend away.

Impossible to get a good nights sleep as you can hear the feel the underground. The pillows were paper thin and the beds were the worst I have slept in, very uncomfortable. Initially booked to stay for 4 nights as I was in london for work purposes. However, I only lasted 1 night. Only positive is the sheets & towels were clean. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The room we were given must of been the worst first we had to have new taps in shower as couldnt move temperature gauge, then the sink in kitchenette was leaking so it had to be taken out and re sealed, well that was bad enough then we had a flood from kitchen sink, filled the whole room, no apology from owner we were promised clean crockery and cutlery, didn't get they said the maids washed but they didn't even dry and only washed in like warm water, owner said we didn't need new stuff , then the hot plate packed up when they came too fix took a panel off socket was attached to fridge hanging out the wall. All electric sockets cracked, only one wardrobe door opened. We were not offered another room or any apologises, the room badly needs updating so if anyone is booked don't go to room 204.

Budget hotel but £60 was too much. Good location and friendly staff however the room was the worst I’ve ever stayed (and that includes foreign hostels). Walls half painted and covered in damp, room was boiling however our room was on top of the train line so very noisy with the window open (not that it would close fully anyway), room full of tiny flys, tv so far up the wall may as well have been on the ceiling, filthy carpet. Booked a twin and got a double, the mattress, if that’s what you can call it, was basically just a load of springs with a sheet on top. Pillow was like a pancake. Bathroom had cracked floor tiles, sink didn’t drain, neither did the shower. Shower doors broken however the only positive is it was hot water and quite powerful. Barely got any sleep and feel like I’ve done 10 rounds with Tyson from laying on that mattress all night. Understand it’s budget but not worth anything more than £20, definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay again! I feel exhausted and dirty, can’t wait to get home and have another shower!

We stayed in the penthouse suite. Prime location… easy access to all of London. Lovely and wam, with an excellent breeze through the open windows. The beds are sure to put a spring in your step. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Awful hotel The bed is basically springs with a sheet as a pillow The heating is on the highest setting and there is no way to turn this down. We asked for it to be turned down as the room was like a sauna and got told ‘we’d have to turn all the rooms down’ so we had to have the window open all night The shower leaks into the bedroom The walls are falling apart There were ants and bugs all over the bed Even for budget this isn’t worth £50 a night

PHENOMENAL. best place i’ve ever stayed it was so clean and everything was tip top pergect!! i will never stay anywhere else in london. beyond please with this find and HOW is is only £54!!?? its such a steal oh my!! would reccomend to all as its so good

Poor service room was a state broken bed,broken tiles in bathroom damp on walls water coming down the walls from room above hair in the bed poor attitude do not stay here no matter the price cheap is never better
