Montcalm Mayfair Townhouse

Staff was brilliant: kind and helpful 24/7. Very central location. Minus: No elevator, not able to open windows in the room (very odd) "for safety reasons"

Standard not as expected from Montcalm

Good luck

Had a great stay in London. Beautiful townhouse and the Suite was a really spacious room compared to other rooms we have had so far in London. Also really good location. Can highly recommend :)

Cleanliness of the Townhouse, and in particular the room was excellent. Complimentary drinks and treats in the lobby area was a nice touch. Awesome location in terms of proximity to Hyde Oark and surrounding area. Would definitely stay there again

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. What made the stay truly memorable was the outstanding service. January, the manager, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about guests having a great stay. She made everything so easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Nathan and the reception team were also very lovely and welcoming and strive to help us with any request given. Will definitely be back very soon !

Great location. Nice hotel. Shame no coffee in the room and my room was right on reception which meant there was a lot of noise. I’m sure other rooms would be lovely though. I’d stay again but bring some coffee pods.
