Strand Palace

Stayed as a solo female traveller for 3 nights and never felt unsafe once. Room was really small and next to other single bedders so if you’re a light sleeper - bring ear plugs! Room comes with filtered water (in a cute red bottle) which you can refill in the hotel’s water station.

Very good location. Close to Covent garden and Charing Cross stations. Not too small for London standard. Very good idea to gift a reusable bottle to guests with refilling stations on every floor.

The single room is big enough for just one. The 28 suitcase could be unfolded. Very nice service. At a very safe location.

Our stay at strand palace was delightful, thanks to its excellent service and superb location right next to Covent garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Siya! Thanks for making us feel welcomed, she is really friendly and approachable, people like her make us want to go back to the same hotel. Her customer service is excellent and superb! She is a gem! The breakfast provided each morning was satisfying! Thanks Siya for making our stay enjoyable! You’re the best!

The location is perfect and I always walked to those tourist spots. The room is decent for solo traveler. If only the shower facilities can be better it would be a perfect stay. It seemed the shower head had some instability and strange noises every time I turned it on. But I would still choose this hotel due to its convenience

It's a very convenient hotel which is near the Covent Garden and tube station, many shops and restaurants around. It's very easy to go anywhere. It's a very big hotel. The room is clean but a bit small. I can accept because it is located in London. Staff is very nice and friendly with a happy smile, whatever the front desk , restaurants, or luggage counter. All are very helpful. I definitely will come back again when I travel to London next trip!! Highly recommend!
