Just have in the entire romm 2 plugs and one not working, the location is amazing and the staffs are nice. Just 5 mim walking from vitotia station. The room no open the window and it’s dark and the ar co doens’t work

Reception team were amazing and friendly♡ Overall the room was clean and good size for one person (i had a single room). The only concern was the heating- I was in Lower ground floor and it was quite cold considering the heating was on 31 degrees whole night. Also I would suggest housekeeping team could do more thorough check- phone wasnt working, no hand towel. Will come back :)

Decent cheap Victoria hotel. Clean sheets, bed, room etc. At the right price, great place to stay.

酒店環境極差，與相片完全不符。即使是所謂三人房，並非加床，空間與雙人房無異。酒店前台店員對待亞洲人與外國人態度明顯有異，故意要客人等待。

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live inside a shoebox—good news! 29 London offers the full claustrophobic fantasy for just £183. Booked a month in advance thinking I’d snagged a charming London stay. Plot twist: I was duped by some very generous photography. Turns out, the “room” (I use the term loosely) was barely bigger than a suitcase. They tucked me and my 67-year-old guest up in two single rooms on the fourth floor with no lift. So unless you’re training for Everest Base Camp, I’d skip it. The staff? Lovely. Polite. Powerless. Like well-dressed spectators to our suffering. The only perk? Location. You can escape quickly. So unless you enjoy sleeping badly in a glorified closet while counting stairs instead of sheep, maybe book literally anywhere else. 29 London: come for the postcode, stay because you’re too tired to leave.

Hotel is in a good location but that is really the only positive. We were lucky enough to be on the ground floor so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. However, none of the sockets would work so we had to ask to be given access to another room to charge phones/ do hair etc. The bathroom was lovely can’t complain with that as it is pretty modern but the rooms are in desperate need of a referb as the carpets are shabby looking and the walls could do with a good paint. The air con is also really loud and could hear all the noise from the street so really struggled to sleep. Probably wouldn’t recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget and staying for maximum one night.

Disastrous hotel, service absolutely nil, or what would one call otherwise having reserved AND already paid, and wanting to check in late at night and being shown the door for not having followed the "regulations" while doing the booking. I must assume that the room had already been occupied by someone else and that this was the hotel's "solution" for this minor problem. My advice, plain and simple: stay away there.
