The single room was super tiny but overall staff was nice and very good location

The hotel staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early when I arrived earlier. Everything was great, except that the heater wasn’t working very well. I introduced this hotel to my friend they extended a 20% discount to my friend for their stay. Great gesture. Would definitely stay with them if I visit London again.

The location of thr Hotel is excellent, close to Earl's Court without being in the central strip which is noisy. The tube station is just around the corner behind the hotel and there is free on street parking if you can get a space 6.30- 8.30am. Unfortunately there is no residents lounge, bar or restaurant and no breakfast. The lift was out of order and it is quite a trek to the rooms without it. The room was very dared, and weirdly had plastic boards floor to half way up which was ill fitted and looked awful. The wallpaper above it was dated and didn't look any better. There were tea and coffee facilities (plenty of it) and the towels were a good size. The room was clean, the bedding was clean. The bed was dreadfully uncomfortable unfortunately, which meant very poor sleep buy at least I can confirm that it is quiet at night in the street, even on a weekend.

Stayed on the 18th, next day had 12 bed bug bites on my leg, it took a google search to discover what the bites were after 39 years of travel on business Despite an email showing the bites and 2 phone calls the ‘management’ couldn’t be bothered to speak to me let alone apologise

Stayed for two nights 17th to 19th October, Beds were lovely and comfortable, bed clothes and towels spotless. Close to Earl Court Tube Station. Thanks to Bhavikx and all on Reception they were so Helpful

This hotel is conveniently based for central London. There was a warm welcome and I was given a key card and also a key for the front door should I wish to be back late. The room was a small single. Small tv. Tea and coffee making facilities. The small bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Pillows were not great quality but the linens were clean. My problem was the paper thin wall between me and the next room. The person in that room was making work calls on speaker phone until midnight and then started again at 5am. He also appeared to have a coughing problem. It was a really unpleasant night as he seemed to keep going in and out of his room extremely loudly. His door was directly adjacent to my room. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, it really affected my nights sleep and so my rating.

The room was tiny and the toilet was not in the room! Had to go through two doors and across the hallway for the toilet, although a sink and shower are in the room. Water pressure in the shower was horrible. Luckily I was only there one night and moved to the Mayflower on the same street which is much better (and half the price!) I can’t believe they charged almost 200€ per night for this quality! The only good thing was that the woman at reception (who also speaks German) was super nice.

I visited the hotel with friends and it was perfect for what we needed, an excellent location right near the tube and a clean, comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early and leave our bags at reception which saved us a lot of time and hassle later on as we had plans in other parts of London. Would certainly stay again in future trips to London.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Zimmer und gutes Internet um die am Tag gewonnenen Eindrücke mit Freunden und Familie zu teilen. Die Gastgeberin hatte mir persönlich insider Tips gegeben, was man in London machen kann, wenn man, so wie ich, schon ein paar mal hier war. Komme bestimmt noch mal zur Chelsea Flower Show im Mai.

Carino; ben gestito in una zona ben servita dai mezzi e dai locali. Stazione di Earl's Court vicinissima. Da alcune camere si vede e si sentono i treni, ma non sono rumorosi. Camere e bagni piccoli ma c'è tutto e si sta bene. Tutto pulito. Personale cortese.

Séjour réservé en mars 2020 modifié 3 fois sans problème alors que nos conditions étaient non annulable non remboursable. Très bien situé à côté de la station Earl'court dans une rue calme. Hôtel très calme et propre Carol, la gérante très sympathique nous recommandons et reviendrons !!! Sophie et sa famille.
