Room is small and bathroom is old. No escalator, i not recommend if you carrying large luggage …..

I stayed at this hotel and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. On the first night, my room had no heating and the window wouldn’t close properly, letting in cold wind—I was freezing! However, after reporting the issue, they acted quickly and resolved it by the second night, making the rest of my stay warm and comfortable. One downside is the lack of an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was quite a challenge. Still, the good service and cozy (once fixed!) room made up for it. If you don’t mind stairs, this is a decent budget-friendly option.

Clean room and facilities, very comfy bed with 2 huge pillows, window that opened fully, perfect location. Staff on check in and check out very helpful and friendly, toilets, water station and luggage storage all added to the experience. Will be staying again!

Great location! I booked the large double room so was surprised to find 1 small double bed and 1 single but it was only for 1 night and the bed was comfortable but close to the walls on both side. Overall a good stay thank you.

Great location for travelling out from Kings Cross St Pancras. Only one key per room.

The room was tiny which i could barely open my suitcase. Luckily my stay was just for one night. I was assigned a room in the basement, which I would have preferred a more spacious and airy environment.

I booked this hotel because i had stayed previously for business travel and i loved the decor, service and facilities. However it was disappointing that there is no longer access to the breakfast buffet in the basement which used to be very good. Also, there was no air conditioning in the room and the windows did not open, so even though it was late November the bedroom was uncomfortably warm. I can only assume this is a cost-saving measure or that the hotel has changed ownership and I am not sure I would return

Perfect for what we needed!

Decent spot near Kings Cross. Very friendly service. The bar was nice. Wouldn’t order the food from the restaurant however. Take my word for it. Rooms seemed very clean and comfortable.
