Great location for getting around and restaurants but no housekeeping for our 4-night stay.

Very central, big hotel. free coffee in.lobby. This Citadines didnt include housekeeping unless it was paid extra. There was no mention anywhere of this in hotel description during booking. I was at a Citadines 1 week before in Tokyo and there they had a choice, both free. According to London reception.desk it.was.because these are *apartments* (but so were the Tokyo ones) and they told TRIP.com didnt provide all info and they were not responsible. I was asked to leave a review on Citadines where I mentioned this issue to receive a very 'defensive' reply of reception manager after a few minutes. Its not a super big deal but the way London staff handled things is not like one would hope: very defensive and not very nice honestly.

Excelente hotel! Amazing location, clean, wide rooms, microwave, dish washer, cutlery, and more. 2’ from the underground, and the british museum. We’ll be back for sure El hotel es excelente, ubicación inmejorable! Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y super equipadas (microondas, platos, cocina…) y esta a dos minutos caminando del Museo Britanico y de estaciones de metro. Por el precio, y para su ubicacion, muy genial

Hotel muy céntrico, para ir andando a todas partes. La habitación es muy completa, con cocina, microondas y nevera. También tiene aire acondicionado y caja fuerte. El baño tiene jabón, champú y gel a tu disposición. El personal es muy amable y realiza su trabajo a la perfección. No limpian la habitación a menos que lo indiques y pagues un extra.

커피를 언제든지 로비에서 종류별로 마실 수 있도록 배려해주신 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 홍차를 비롯한 각종 티(tea)도 늘 마실 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨 소리가 너무 크고 성능이 좋지 않습니다. 에어컨 성능은 개선이 필요합니다. 위치가 너무 좋아 런던 곳곳을 편하게 다닐 수 있었습니다.

房間有微波爐非常方便，大廳有咖啡機隨時都可以喝，櫃檯人員的服務態度也很好，下次還會想再次住宿

다들 얘기하듯 위치가 너무나 훌륭합니다. 오래된 건물이라 배수가 약하고, 난방이 잘안되어 자는데 불편함이 조금 있었습니다. 가족이 머물기에 좋은 장소입니다.

房間比較小，設施比較老舊。訂的是套房，但是不會有人來打掃。

挺好的！房間很大，廁所和浴室也是分開的，還有兩個掛衣服的地方，位置也很好，出門走幾分鐘就是倫敦眼，離美術館地鐵站也近

我们原本在這間酒店訂了入住7个晚上，第一天入住的是一臥室一客廳的大房521号，上限可住4人，而我們只两夫妻住。上樓層走道經過時见到每間房的房門都是破破爛爛的，一进我们自己房间非常昏暗，間隔古怪，客廳有一張梳化床，坐上去搖搖欲墜，而且很污糟，結果我們整個客廳都沒有逗留，而房間床的尺寸非常小，如果是夫婦兩人睡非常擠迫，真難想像外国的夫婦这麽大个頭怎麽睡，而且床墊非常舊且没支撑似的，不好睡，房間没有USB插頭充電，总而而之，除了酒店的大堂尚可骗骗人之外，由乘電梯走過道，到房間这酒店的设施都是完全非常殘舊，結果我們住了一晚後邊的請取消了，說真的 HK$4000-多绝对不推荐。
