The location is fantastic as it is near to the British Museum and accessible to subway and bus easily. The breakfast is good and I enjoyed the toast and cornflakes. Please note breakfast is served at their sister’s hotel which is just beside. There is no garden as mentioned by some visitors. I was assigned a basement room and it is damped and has small moths in the room. The heater was both working at all and it was cold in the room. Informed the hotel 3 times and it was not fixed and no information was feedback to me in whether it is working or not. I will suggest to book the sister hotel which looks much better and newer and it is in the same location.

We booked a double studio room with a tiny kitchenette. Staff is very friendly and helpful, convenient location with lot of eatery choices in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it is sunny and very warm during our stay but no AC in this hotel. We requested an extra fan but doesn’t help much. The room won’t cool down until mid night.

Service is good. breakfast is in next hotel and food not what I thought.

設施：歐洲典型老酒店的樣子，裝修風格很老氣。房間還是蠻大的，但是樓道是很侷促的。 衞生：乾淨利落，每天打掃 環境：周邊環境可以，地點是加分項，步行到大英博物館5分鐘 服務：整體到位。 總體來講，不到兩千的價格在倫敦核心區能住這麼大房間，感覺還是值得的。畢竟半小時步行，基本上能到很多核心景點

4泊の長期滞在でしたが、地下の4部屋の一つをあてがわれ、景色も外光も乏しい部屋でした。階上の部屋の音や振動も大きく聞こえ、深夜であれば文句を言いに行こうとしていました。部屋の清掃は行き届いて、タオル交換などはきちんと行われていました。朝食は素晴らしいとの口コミもありましたが、普通でホットなメニューは別料金でした。それなりに高額な支払いだったので、コスパ的には星一つです。

居然給了個地下室的房間，説是最後一間了，沒得換。白天拉窗簾私密性很差，晚上木頭樓梯有人走路就很吵，沒有健身房 洗衣機 乾衣機 ….廚房的水龍頭有點壞了，開很大太出水，否則就從接口漏水….非常不推薦….

很復古的公寓式酒店，房間超級大， 感覺蠻古老的建築，體驗倫敦的公寓生活，很安靜，地理位置也很好，周邊好幾個地鐵站幾分鐘就可以走到。 大英博物館就在邊上，幾分鐘就走到了，邊上司機羅素廣場，特別方便。

位置非常好，抬腳就到大英博物館，旁邊就是倫敦大學和羅素廣場，離地鐵站也不算太遠，非常方便，服務也很好，值得推薦

房間很大很寬敞，冬天暖氣足，就是我們的房間靠近大馬路，有點吵，踩在房間的地板上會發出咯吱咯吱的響聲。工作人員服務態度非常好。

面積大，安靜，有個吧枱很方便，沙發床大有些軟但女兒睡説還可以，每天都打掃，有電梯但樓道小，工作人員大多印度籍很友好。

2000多能在倫敦最繁華的地段入住，非常值得，走路去大英博物館衹需要五分鐘

房間還可以，挺大的，在一層，有窗户，帶廚房，有微波爐。這會兒温度也可以，睡得不錯。早餐是在隔壁。距離大英博物館很近。步行即到。
