Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London anmeldelser

Desværre var mit ophold på dette hotel ikke på niveau. Hotellet viser sin alder med et rustent badekar, et brusebad, der køles langsomt, og pletter på toilettet, hvilket påvirkede min komfort under opholdet. Den eneste frelsende nåde var dens bekvemme beliggenhed nær togstationen, hvilket var en nyttig funktion til rejser. Samlet set gjorde problemerne med renlighed og faciliteter en mindre end ideel oplevelse. Jeg håber, at ledelsen løser disse bekymringer for at forbedre opholdet for fremtidige gæster.

I have stayed here for a relaxed day. booked one of he cheapest rooms and had a great experience. The location is absolutely amazing. The room size was nice and everything was in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet and bathtub very clean. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Some of the highlights are obviously the pool, the jaccuzzi, sauna and steam room. Another great surprise it was that the coffees and teas in the room were complementary and that's something amazing for London, when they charge for everything. On top of it all, the price was very low, compared with a lot of other places in London that offer way less. I absolutely recommend you staying here.

Wow! Rebecca at the reception is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel truly special. She listened carefully to our request and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to her incredible attention to detail and outstanding service, our birthday combined with Valentine’s Day was nothing short of magical! Rebecca is, hands down, the BEST receptionist we’ve ever met. She truly deserves a promotion—her dedication and hospitality are unmatched! Thank you, Rebecca, for making our experience unforgettable!

Excellent location next to Towerhill underground station. A short walk to the Tower of London and surrounding attractions. The buffet breakdast is really good in terms of choices and quality of food. The gym is well-equipped, and the indoor swimming is big. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy those facilities. We like the room's windows that can be opened. We let in fresh cold air at night and were able to sleep really well.

Lovely stay at this Leonardo Hotel, 3rd one we've stayed in. We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was spacious with a king size bed. The view was a fairly good one from the side of the hotel (room 703) and is literally a minute walk from Tower Hill tube station. The Tower of London is literally 5 mins away and the Tower Bridge around 10 mins. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices of continental aswell as cooked options. The only issue we found was having to wait for cereal bowls and some ofthe coffee machines not working but they were getting attended to by staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London with excellent value for money being a big plus.

Trip to London staying in Leonardo hotel. Arrived late evening - check in experience was good. Room was excellent with two double beds to accommodate our family. Spacious and clean. Location brilliant next to tube station . Slightly unfortunate that air con/ heater broke down after first night. Room temp was adequate after first night so hadn't reported but consequently mornings were quite cold. Breakfast was also good with lots of choice but did feel tables packed together but too close so when lots of people tricky to navigate . Overall enjoyable experience 😃

Nice location. Spacious room (eventhough it was accessed by a separate external door around the back of the hotel main entrance). Pool and related facilities were the main highlights.

I repeat stay here and also at the other Leonardo around the corner. Super comfy beds and close to the city for work.

Very nice and cosy place for a family trip. The service was quite good. Little more can be done in bathroom maintenance, the glass panel along the bathtub seems very flimsy really need some maintenance.

It was a good start with free drinks and service The location was nearby to tower hill The thing which was bothering was the dustbin in the toilet - difficult to open through . We booked the hotel for 3 people but the kits necessary were only 2 . Overall it was ok ok experience . The Sauna was nice but the water in the pool was really triggering the eyes.(needs treatment/cleaning)
