Hotellets beliggenhed er rigtig god, men der er et problem med leverandørens og hotellets logo. Det indikerer ikke, at hotellet har en kælder. Det anbefales, at du ikke booker den billigste værelsestype. Midten Østens chef i receptionen var meget utålmodig, da han hørte, at han ville skifte værelse. Meget gennemsnitlig oplevelse!

다른거 다 좋았는데 방문 아래 틈새가 너무 큰게 살짝 그랬어요. 방음에 예민하신분은 피하는게 좋을 것 같아요. 그 외에는 다 너무 좋았습니다 주방도 있고 완벽했어요

This is not a 4 star hotel. 1 or maybe 2 star at best. Stayed on the top floor, and I could hear everything. Super small corridors and difficult stairs if you have large suitcases / a lot of luggage. The room was clean enough but because of its shabby and drab decor with curtains that didn’t close properly and chips in the walls etc - it felt uncomfortable. A couple of grades below a travel lodge.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel located very close to Paddington station, so its location is indeed great and quite. Hotel itself is clean, room was spacey (we had a tripple bed room) and eqquiped with everything you need for your comfy stay (incl. a bulit in kitchenette). Staff was very polite and helpful (as we arrived at 1.30 AM and on our last day in London we were given opportunity to leave our luggage in the hotel and grab it prior to our departure to the airport in the evening). To sum up… we had a very nice stay in the Cleveland during our London trip.

We stayed at the Cleveland Hotel for 3 nights in May 2024, and loved it! Nice room with a kitchenette, stained glass windows, and comfy bed. Great location. It was so nice to be close to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, Bayswater Station and Paddington Station. Martin was super nice and we felt well cared for. We will definitely stay there next time we go to London.
