The location is very convenient, but the hotel is way lower than 3 stars. Only the bathroom is decent, the rest is too shabby and dusty. The curtains are all torn and with a layer of dust. To spend a night or two near the train station relatively cheap might be fine, but for a holiday trip it's a 'no' place.

Great location. Had to book last minute due to issues with other booking and they were able to accommodate me. However my room was like in the underground.

The hotel location is the only one that good in here. Because their elevator isn't working so we have to use stairs bring our luggage and to go to our room. But they have helper to bring our luggage to our room. The hotel is small and the room have no AC. Luckily we didn't buy the hotel breakfast because so many nice restaurants nearby. They have luggage storage but you have to pay for each luggage you leave there after the checkout time. Please read the detail about the room you want to booked.

Location is great. Room size was ok, but bathroom was extremely small. Service was not bad. The only thing we found was not fair is they charge you to store your luggage, I never had any hotel charging me to keep my bags ever before.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems but this time we had bed bugs however we reported it to the desk and they moved us straight away and cleaned and disinfected our property. I would like to point out the staff here are lovely and helpful so thank you for that. Thank you for our stay

My first time here.. strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, nearby Paddington station and lots of shops.. staff are friendly.. Everything about this hotel is just great..

KONUMU ÇOK İYİ. METRO VE OTOBÜS İSTASYONLARINA 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak odalar çok pis. Yataklarda uyurken bile sürekli kaşındık.

I have checked in this one for 2 days at the end of the UK journey, previously I stayed at friend's house. At first, I was delighted as the room looks clean, although the room size is small but it is reasonable in price and location, and very convenient to the airport train station. Everything seemed to look good n normal. On the day of the check out, I found my skin (the part I expose to the bed) starts to have dots and becomes allergic, which I verily believe it is due to the bed bugs of the bed I was using in the hotel. It is unfortunate n disappointed, and also remind me to be careful in choosing hotels next time.
