This is a boutique hotel and the rooms are very tiny, which is typical in London. I was on a solo trip and was barely able to walk around in the room. Thankfully, I spent most of my days exploring the city. The best thing about the room is the bathroom products are by L'occitane. FYI, the London Marriott Kensington is across the street and has larger rooms. Another big Issue! The walls are super thin. I could hear whole conversations. The guy next door was sick and coughed up a lung every night! I never said a word. I put my ear plugs in, took my melatonin and went to sleep. I was pretty quiet and only turned the television on twice at a low volume. The guy next door banged on the wall until I yelled for him to stop it. The hotel centrally located in Kensington on Cromwell Road. The Cromwell Hospital is next door and it is easy to get to the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods and many restaurants and cafes via the bus and Picadilly train line. You can walk to the Earl's Court station (about 7 minutes) and the Gloucester Road Station (about 9 minutes). I found the Gloucester Road station easier to get to because it is a straight walk, no turns and it took me about 5 minutes to get to it each time. The restaurant is okay for drinks and small bites. I love the culture in London and know that good food can found elsewhere. I spent my time eating at African, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and Asian restaurants. Customer service was fine and I did not experience any rudeness or lack of service. People were always quick to help.
