Lime Tree by Room Mate Hotels

I've been coming to the Lime Tree for years and this most recent stay was on par with every other experience. It's a great location close to wonderful food and shops, and easy to get to the Tube and other locations in the city. Rooms are very cozy and well appointed - the bed was very comfortable! But more than anything, the staff just go above and beyond - the manager helped me mail some gifts home and even took the package to the mail office himself (they were closed our last day there for a bank holiday). We can't wait to return.

Very comfortable bed! It was very comfortable room, very good service. Would stay again. And the restaurant has great food! Breakfast fantastic! Oh…and situated perfectly in London to get around everywhere. We’ll stay here again. The area very nice.

We had a fabulous stay at the stylish and charming Lime Tree and highly recommend this lovely hotel. It is perfectly located in beautiful and historic Belgravia among delightful boutiques, cafes, and parks, and just steps away from Victoria Station. Our beautiful and well-appointed room was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel has a darling garden and the Buttery restaurant which made it feel like a personal oasis located at one of the prettiest intersections in Belgravia. We were treated with warmth and care, and management could not have done more to make our stay perfect. We had looked at many other hotels in the area which were substantially more expensive, and are so happy we chose The Lime Tree Hotel. We can't wait to return!

I have been coming to The Lime Tree Hotel for at minimum a week, 2-3 times a year for a number of years. It is a lovely hotel (attractive and comfortable rooms)in a fantastic location, close enough to museums, galleries and restaurants but without the crowds. However the best thing about The Lime Tree and its on site restaurant The Buttery (great food and lovely garden)are its staff and the excellent service they provide to guests. In the hotel, Eli , Dil and Martin are engaging and make you feel welcome and are helpful with recommendations and directions. When you come in after dinner Dil will check to make sure you are set for the evening. In The Buttery, Mirko and his wonderful team again make you feel welcome, are great with menu suggestions and always check on you throughout the meal. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant are super which makes for a very enjoyable experience.

We arrived from the USA to stay at The Lime Tree hotel, a boutique hotel in the Belgravia area in London. It is an intimate cozy place with hands on care. We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday on New Year's eve with a lovely dinner and an evening out. We returned to our hotel with some champagne to toast our lovely daughter and the New Year. Alas there was not a space for us to be. The night manager, Adam delightfully came to our aid with great enthusiasm. He provided us with a quiet beautiful, intimate room. He even brought us champagne glasses and an ice bucket. It made for an enchanting most memorable evening. To everyone at The Lime Tree hotel, thank you. Many thanks to you, Adam. Happy New Year.

Just not worth it! They cancelled our booking 10 days before the date !! We booked in August for a special occasion stay in November. We booked online direct with the hotel. 10 days before our stay we got an email saying they have to cancel as they have overbooked - disgraceful in our view. Why were we cancelled, why not others?? It is sad, because we have stayed before and it is a nice place, although a lot of noise at times.
