My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool. All the staff were so polite and welcoming. My friend is particular about hygiene, and she was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel is.

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away. However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn’t communicated to housekeeping or room service, as they followed up twice to ask if we were checking out. We also had dinner at Straits Kitchen for one of our dinner, service was a little slow. Other than that, we were very pleased with our rooms.

This hotel is exceptional. Everything has been thought of to ensure guest has the best experience. Well equipped, swimming pool and spa facilities are much better compared to the similar type hotels. I would definitely recommend and return back. 10/10.

It is in the City of London. Staffs are helpful. The restaurant is excellent.

Location is great , service impeccable, room and the view is amazing (can see some of the gerkin) the neighbourhood is business friendly and clean, lots of eateries Kids loved it hope can book again

We booked the pan Pacific to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel to when we checked out. The staff are amazing and gave us a free upgrade to the penthouse suit. The meals at the hotel restaurant rivaled some of the food I've had at Michelin restaurants. Definitely would love to come back here again.

THE BEST HOTEL

一如既往的很好的一次體驗。家酒店已經成為了來倫敦的必住酒店。面積很大，設施很新，工作人員的水平水準也很好。

第一次住金融城片區，還不錯～每天下午四五點開始酒吧外面就站滿了上班族，一杯啤酒一張小桌，可以聊一兩個小時。八點後就漸漸安靜。是辦公區的倫敦沒錯了～離塔橋很近，附近步行可到幾家中餐館。酒店的早餐一般般，嘗試了一次後，我們果斷選擇tasco的水果牛奶麪包泡麪。或者走到塔橋邊，找一間泰晤士河畔的咖啡廳吃個brunch也不錯。房間寬敞，設施很新，住宿體驗比老酒店好太多。配品也很棒，加入我的倫敦酒店list了。
