Good location a 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush station and also 10 minutes from Hammersmith station. Very good connections to central London with a clean room and excellent customer service. Just important that you call their customer service team before you check in to confirm which room you are in alongside PIN numbers for access as there is no concierge available. Trip.com have also got fantastic customer service and were able to guide me along each step once I arrived.

I was hoping for the best finding an affordable option but starting from the very beginning, this whole experience has just been horrendous. A few of the complaints from the Google reviews have unfortunately happened to me: - Could not check in: was not provided with the front door code nor my room - It took an hour with 3 Customer Service agents to get access. - Then there was no running water until I kept the faucet on for ten minutes thenthe water finally came out -I thought the worst of my problems was over, until I left and came back in the afternoon to find the room temperature being unbearably hot - The fan in the room does not work so I could not use that - I left again to come back around midnight and it was still hot - The only solution I found to somewhat remedy the heat problem is to keep the door slightly opened to promote proper airflow - Also, the front desk representative who was supposed to help with the heat issue never showed up I know it is quite late but this situation should not be present to anyone who stays in this room

The hotel does not have enough facility. No Table and chair in the room. No kettle and hair dryer. Steel bed was broken, got back pain after the stay, toilet has very dirty stains, not cleaned. No free wifi. No reception and nobody there to attend, need to wait outside until you get the password. Toilet door can't lock. No space in room, One bed was placed infront of the toilet door.

Self check in.Only know that need phone call get a email to get room number and passwords. Bath hot water not very hot at evening.

The hotel was close to the metro station, which was very convenient for us. The hotel was in an old building, but was very clean and well maintained. The only down site I can point is that there is no one at the front desk, and if you need assistance or to check out you need to look for someone all over the building. Overall we had a great one night stay at the hotel.

No cleaning service if u take a long stays here.

酒店並沒有提前將房間密碼發送到郵箱，到達之後發現無法進入。聯繫上工作人員之後發現原本我預訂的房間已被別人入住，原因是他們認為另一間房根本臟帶沒法住人。並且當晚衹剩下那一間房間。工作人員告知要麼別住，要麼就那一間，沒有別的選擇。非常離譜態度非常惡劣的酒店！

Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption. Wir haben kein Eingangscode bekommen und mussten draußen warten bis wir jemanden kontaktieren konnten. Noch unglücklicher war, dass unsere Akkus leer waren. Mit drei Kindern dabei kein schönes Erlebnis. Das Zimmer war nicht einmal aufgeräumt. Es gab auch kein Besen, damit wir es selbst machen konnten. Beim krabbelnden Kind nicht so optimal. Die Lage war aber völlig in Ordnung und eigentlich entscheidend bei der Buchung.
