We loved our stay at stay ZTrafalgar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We have booked another night with them when we return to London before flying home. Location was perfect. Literally 5 minutes walk to Charring Cross Station or a 20 minute walk to Trafalgar Square.

The room is clean and location is great! It’s close to Adelphi theatre which is great for musicals!

The hotel is very centralized. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. size of room is small but it's okay for a solo traveller. There is also a police station right opposite the hotel which makes you feel safer. There are also alot of restaurants and pubs around. Subways are also walkable. Definitely worth a stay.

위치가 좋은 대신에 방이 엄청 좁습니다. 관짝 느낌이 들었어요. 워낙 지점이 많은 체인호텔이라 좁은 공간만 감수하면 특별히 나쁘진 않습니다.
Room type - Inside Queen Accessible. Guests - full time wheelchair (power chair) user and able bodied OH. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden, and right amongst a load of theatres. It's an easy (but busy) roll from the Elizabeth Line at Tottenham Court Road If you sign up to membership of Z Hotels (which seems to just be receiving very occasional emails) you get 10% off room rates and complimentary cheese board /glass of wine each day of your stay, which was pretty good! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There was a steep drop kerb right outside the hotel but no matching one across the road. The outer door was automatic, leading into a small lobby with another automatic door into the reception/bar/dining area. The reception/bar area was pretty easy to move around. Our room was not ready for 3pm check-in. The front of house staff were quick to offer us complimentary drinks to apologise but we had an appointment and didn't take advantage of it. Our room was on the ground floor so we had no lift to deal with. This type of room is very compact and it has no window. The floor /walls were well defined by dark and light surfaces and it had a hard floor. The wet room was very spacious, probably half of the total space. It was separated from the rest of the room by a frosted glass 'wall' with a sliding door in the centre. There was a flip down shower seat and the shower controls were within easy reach. There were adequate grab rails in sensible places around the room but I think these were intended to double as towel rails. The sink was lowered but there was not space for me to roll under it. It was a rounded design so if you have any difficulties with grip/dexterity there was not a flat surface to stand a glass or water bottle on while you fill it. The tap was a lever on the wall to the side of the sink. This was quite stiff. There need to be more flat surfaces around the sink area to put your bathroom stuff. The loo roll was quite a reach from the toilet. *All* the towels (and spare loo roll) were on shelves above the toilet which were unreachable from a wheelchair. There was an emergency pull cord beside the toilet and in the shower area, both of which hung to the ground. There was no wardrobe in this room - there was a wall panel instead with pegs for jackets and hangers for other stuff. This would be absolutely fine, except that not a single one was within reach of a wheelchair user! Beside the bed was a desk with a white surface, making it readily visible against the dark wall panel behind it. On here was a kettle, mugs and a selection of tea, coffee, milk and hot chocolate. Under the desk was a sturdy stool. There was a narrow shelf below the desk. I could not roll under the desk. There were just three plug sockets available in this room - a single one beside the door and a double one (with USB sockets) in the wall panel above the desk. Also on this wall were the light and temperature control panel
