ottima posizione, praticamente attaccata a Covent Garden e vicina a soho e altre zone ricche di vita.
Metropolitana nelle vicinanze. Non abbiamo fatto colazione , perchè nei dintorni c'è pieno di bar e posti dove mangiare. Bagno pulito, i muri andrebbero pitturati .

Apart from the location, which is very convenient for Covent Garden, there is nothing to recommend this hotel. Our room was tiny, literally the size of a double bed and shower room. Bizarrely there was no window, which made the dark grey decor even more claustrophobic. We paid £320, an outrageous price for a dungeon. Stay some else.

Lovely clean and inviting hotel in the heart of Covent Garden-a perfect area. Room was clean and quirky and perfect for our little family. The staff were very attentive with a nice chilled vibe. Wine and cheese and soft drinks for kids was a total bonus, and an extra special welcome and effort was made for the birthday girl. We will certainly be back. People may think the room is a bit small for a family-getting ready to go out was the only time that affected us but as for sleeping quarters it was perfect size! Thanks for a lovely stay Z hotel we will undoubtedly be back!

The staff & location could not be better for exploring Covent Garden & the West End. As Americans we knew the room would be on the smaller side, but it was clean & neat. Please note there is no AC & no fan in the room. The staff took the time to help us plan daily travel routes & options. The Tube is only a few minutes walk, local bus transport is also just 2 blocks away. There were so many cafes & places to eat - we just LOVED it!

We stayed here in room 502 for the fireworks. Can't fault the view we had. The room was very basic and more like a bedsit than a nice hotel. Not very well maintained, tatty in places. No fridge, only tap water provided. We must have been next to or below washing machine as that's all we could hear most of the evening. An alarm in the building next to the outdoor terrace also started going off and that lasted around 5 hours in total, this could also be heard from the bedroom. Slept ok, black out blind worked well. The door leading to the terrace didn't lock, no key provided for that and each time the main door was opened the back door opened. There was a door catch you could use but this was quite fidly and didn't stop the door popping open. Breakfast was rubbish although the manager did tell me I wasn't allowed to call it ‘rubbsh’ not sure why as it really was. She did kindly give me a refund when I asked. Perhaps she could have asked which part I found rubbish so improvements could have been made, although clearly wasn't interested. I wouldn't stay here again despite the great location and amazing view of the fireworks. I'm not that fussy usually but didn't rate this place at all.

In 50 years I may have visited upwards of a 1000 hotelrooms. None of them has been as helpless as this one. Lets take the plus side first: Location is 150 meters from Covent Garden (which is why we booked it in the first place) Two: the room was clean. But then is goes downhill fast. The room is so small that you have to crawl over the other person to get to the other side of the bed. There is no bed-/reading-light. In either side! There is no table or even a shelve on the far bed. Only one central light switch. Unreachable from the far bedside. There is no light switch on the bathroom. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no chair in the room. There is blank walls , not a poster or anything. Its more like a shelter than a hotel room. And the photos they show when you book, are of spacious rooms. Had they spent just 100 pounds on hooks and a shelve with a lamp, much could have been better. Hence the title of this report.

Great location. Room very comfy and clean. The room was small as expected but worked well for us. In such a busy location this hotel was very quiet. Staff at this hotel are exceptional - friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you all very much. You made our stay special.

Room spaces are just large enough to accommodate needs otherwise it’s brilliantly done to work well and be comfortable. The location is amazing. But the most brilliant experience was with the staff. Nadia was absolutely amazing welcoming us and correcting our reservation and giving us a better deal. We were treated with complimentary cheese platters and wine/coffee. Thank you Z!
