Hub by Premier Inn London Westminster Abbey Hotel

The Premier Inn is a great place to stay and has a great breakfast. We selected the slightly larger room and it was really good space. Bed was comfortable & shower pressure was strong. 100 meters down the road is Westminster Abbey & there are pubs and cafès all around. Would definitely stay there again.

Too expensive for the price. Just 1 set of towels. No cups to use. And no kettle or tea or coffee. Not worth it. The reception is not accommodating.

The hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing! My room was modern and had everything i needed. Clean, quiet and space for my luggages. Slept very well here 👍🏼

Location was superb and safe, room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was great and substantial. Loved the 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea at the lounge. Staff very friendly and helpful.

goood accessible location and clean room, however there are no toiletries or items provided in the room. do note that housekeeping is also upon request

Close to underground St James’s park station and Westminster station. You can walk to Big Ben tourist spot in just 3-4mins. The room is quite small but good enough, no oral kits but 2 water bottles were provided in the room, and housekeeping is on request basis, so make sure you notify the receptionist before 11am if you need housekeeping. Their security is good as you need to tap room card in order to access the lift lobby, and tap the card again to access your room area. The bonus part is that they do provide guest lounge next to the reception counter at the ground floor where you can have complimentary coffee or biscuits or even refill your drinking water anytime (operating 24/7). You can also order foods or beers at the lounge at own expense. Overall it’s a good experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel in London. Very central location with super close tube access. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely stay here again.

Location is convenient and room is tiny. Booked this hotel for the free luggage storage as flight is late at night.

Cleaning of the room is on a request basis. I was rather puzzled by the counter staff's behaviour when I first checked in. He changed my room claiming that he did that because I would be staying for 3 nights. I think this is a lame excuse as the hotel would know how many nights I would stay when they first assigned me the room. The new room turned out to be one at a lower ground one with no windows
