Location mint can’t get closer to everything was tad noisy but that’s what you expect been in the heart ov london room was good size 2 adults and 2 kids kitchen had more than you would need pots pans cutely washing machine fridge freezer coffee tea bags etc was clean and tidy

Perfect location in the heart of China town and Soho Piccadilly and LeicesterSquare. . The accommodation was 1st class. Everything you needed was provided even washing up liquid and bin liners. There was a washing machine, dish washer, microwave fridge kettle Toaster hair dryer towels toiletries. Very comfortable bed and sofa. TV could have done with some more channels. Wasn't a problem as we watched films on out ipad. Very clean extra pillows and quilt if needed. We booked to see Les Miserables the theatre was over the road with many others. Couldn't fault anything would definitely stay again

Our accommodation was cancelled as we were stood on the doorstep waiting for access codes! We had confirmed our preferred check in time with the landlord the day before arriving. We had travelled to London and were having lunch while we waited for 3pm, and I received access codes on WhatsApp. A short time later, we made our way to the apartment, but when I went to the WhatsApp conversation, all the codes and instructions had been deleted. When I called, I was told that there was a leak in the apartment and my booking had been cancelled. When I asked who they had spoken to to cancel and when, the lady simply said she didn't know (which was a lie, as I spoke to her on the same telephone number that the WhatsApp messages had come from, so she was in fact the person who'd sent, and deleted, the codes!). When Booking spoke with the landlord, there was in fact no leak, they had simply overbooked!! We were four women, stuck in the centre of London with no accommodation. I had undergone major surgery 7 days before this happened, having just finished almost 12 months of cancer treatment, and had been looking forward to a relaxing break, little did I know!!

NIE WIEDER! Die Company bewirbt die Whg als "Traquil Retreat!", aber es ist weder leise, noch ein Rückzugsort. 24 Std lang laut! Runtergekommen, nicht sauber, durchgelegene Matratze harte Kissen, Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig warm, im Treppenhaus hat es fürchterlich gestunken, keine Steckdosen am Bett oder am Tisch; aber dafür wurde mir am Abend vor meiner Abreise eine Preisstaffelung zugesandt, sollte ich später als 10 Uhr auschecken! Pro 1/2 Std später ein 1/2 Tagessatz. Das muß man sich mal trauen bei einer solch heruntergekommenen Whg! Das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht verdunkeln und die ganze Nacht flackerte eine Leuchtreklame, und dazu ein sehr helles grünes Licht im Korridor. Fotos und Realität - WELTEN! Positiv war immerhin der unkomplizierte Check-In, das relativ schnelle WLAN und die Nähe zur U-Bahn und zu vielen Musical Theatern. Ich habe noch nie so wenig Zeit in einer Whg in London verbracht wie hier! ! Vorsicht Frauen ! Abends ist die Gegend nicht sehr angenehm. Nach einem Theaterbesuch wurde ich belästigt und als ich mich gewehrt habe, bespuckt!
