It was a clean and spacious room bunk beds were clean with new beddings the plus point was I wasvafraid it would be crowded and noisy but it was great no noise issue

The adage, " you get what ya pay for" sums this gem up. Awesome self catering kitchen, Comfy quiet rooms and beds, An on-site bar, Laundry, Excellent friendly staff, Vast chill out spaces, Just a pity about the hot water, maybe it was just the rooms I was in, or they pander to the cautious, not want to scold the weaker ones, but some of us like a hot shower, not a Luke warm, tepid one...

I’d say this is the best hostel in London tower bridge area. Great facilities and location is just perfect. U can also book breakfast to save on money. They have a bunch of activities but unfortunately I didn’t join in. Had a busy schedule. Reception was very nice and friendly and I wanna appreciate the recommendations made by Reece for places to visit and transportation to take to airport. U could also take a shower if u r just passing by to airport or had some time to kill. But I didn’t know that in advance and had to book a room for another night which I just wasted. It’d have been great if they had option for hours booking room in case someone was just wanna make a pitstop before heading to airport or somewhere else

Clean and tidy, with friendly staff. You also get your own private space thanks to the curtain on the bed. It can be a bit noisy in the morning, though.

Nice service and living environment. I like the design of the room that includes individual toilet and bath room, only share to the roommates. Also, there are curtains for each bed, this is a really nice design! The lockers inside the room are just suitable for 20 inch gip and small backpacks. Some large luggage needs to be put somewhere in the room. The price is affordable. Overall is good.

Very disappointed, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment as I requested a cancellation due to a change in my travel plans. I believe it is standard procedure to receive a refund under these circumstances, especially considering that I made the cancellation request within 30 minutes of booking. despite my request for a refund, I have not received any response from them as they have declined my request.

Do not be fooled by the high 4.4-star rating—this hostel doesn’t deserve any stars. I stayed here for two nights and felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout my stay. The hostel is a 10-minute walk from Aldgate East station, but the area doesn’t feel safe at all. From the start, my impression was poor. Two security guards were present—one outside and one inside. The guard outside, a man on his phone, was extremely rude, which didn’t help with the sense of security. The lift was broken and unstable, and to make matters worse, the staff assigned me a room on the 8th floor, despite the elevator only going up to the 6th floor. I had to climb stairs to reach my floor. Once in the room, I found weak, shaky lockers that didn’t feel secure at all. If you’re looking for peace of mind and basic comfort, stay elsewhere. There are much nicer hostels available at the same price.

Clean room with friendly roommate. Fuss-free check-in and check-out process. Just that the location was quite far from train station.

What a great place, clean, kind, great location, beautiful young people. Being the oldest by far I never once felt out of place. Young people are awesome, friendly and kind. Nothing like my generation X. I'm a widower nothing could be worse for me and I never felt alone or poorly treated. Great clean place, comedy show funny, breakfast was tremendous. Thank you, thank you.

The hostel has a bar. You can have a drink in the hostel and meet some friends.

The hotel was located 10min away from station by walk, it was very nice place to go to downtown. The hostel is very nice, but room was bit small.

Although it was a bit more than some other hostels on this site it easily very clean and the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and this place has a nice bar, cafe, and many other amenities. Great overall atmosphere.

This is a great hostel to stay in as a solo traveller, staff are friendly and the tube and supermarkets are close by. The rooms are clean and have fans which are great for the summer heat.
