B&B小旅館。早餐尚可，其他一言難盡。最多衹能是找個地方過夜，沒有任何品質可言

早餐很好，還可添飲咖啡，環境優靜，由火車站call 車好方便，服務員態度好親切，窗外吹入來的風很舒服。

Ok this is not the Ritz however we found it friendly and clean for what we needed. 5 ladies who were going to a gig at O2 forum in Kentish Town, which is a very easy 15 minute walk in a leafy area of London. The beds were slightly harder than I’m used to but nothing too disastrous. The room we had was a family room on the upper floor, 3 singles and 1 double. En suite bathroom dated but clean. Only stayed for one night so it was perfect for our needs. Choice of cooked breakfast/cereals/toast which I thought was great for the price we paid for a family room in London: Jug of fresh orange juice on table and choice of tea/coffee. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Free parking on side streets right outside hotel during the weekend which is a bonus.

After reading all the dreadful reviews our stay at Charlie Hotel was a pleasant surprise.The location is great and the neighbourhood was quiet, leafy and seemed safe. Charlie Hotel decor is abit dated but clean. We had freshly laundered sheets and towels . The beds were comfortable and there was hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was a delicious and included in the price of our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was nothing like shown in the photos, it was cold/damp carpet and floors. Staff were nice, breakfast was okay. However I wouldn’t stay again, the rooms really were a poor standard, not worth the money.

This was far below standard and certainly not value for money. The room was terrible, considering they could see I was disabled and struggled up stairs, I had a lousy, cold room with no heating and even the curtains didn't cover the windows so I had to try to sleep and see the outside at the same time. Not surprising, I didn't sleep a wink but went in the shower at 4am, but there was no "working" shower. That's all I hoped for but I got it wrong. There was no shampoo or accessories to wash with and the shower was a drip, really that was all. There was no hot or cold. You could not park anywhere nearby even though they had a driveway, they never offered to open the gates. Breakfast was white bread, with black coffee and a sachet of milk so everyone was limited. A cold basic breakfast and this for almost £90 for ONE NIGHT just shows how expensive London is. Never again would I pay to stay in a dump like this. I even asked for a wake up call which I never got although they would have to walk up the stairs and knock on the door as there's no phone in the room or anything like it.
