Overall the price is worthy for its location and services. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Perfect location to explore London: walking distance to all major attractions! Turn left 5 minutes is the Westminster. Turn right 5 minutes is the St James Park and The BUCKINGHAM. Walking to the British Museumthrough the city center. Or walking along the Tames to the Shakespeare Global. Take the city cruise to the Tower of London and London Bridge. The hotel lounge is very comfortable and you can even take a nap after lunch break. Hot drinks available all day!

房間除了比較小之外一切都挺好的，出去玩很方便，離各個景點都比較近，出門就有地鐵站，離victoria站也近，附近吃輕食比較方便。

乾淨，整潔，有空調。有窗但不能開。面積有點小，但是一人住還可以。服務人員很友善。在聖詹姆斯地鐵站對面小巷進去20米距離，出行很方便。走到到威斯敏斯特修道院10分鐘，走到大笨鐘15分鐘左右。

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hub by Premier Inn London Westminster, St James’s Park. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, and St James's Park, making it ideal for sightseeing. The room was compact but cleverly designed, offering all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-tech features, like the smart room control system, made it easy to adjust the temperature and lighting to my preference. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to provide recommendations or assist with any queries. The hotel’s breakfast offering was a great start to the day, with plenty of fresh options. I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the ability to access the lobby any time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London. It provides great value for money, a fantastic location, and excellent service. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the city!

I recently stayed at here for the second time at Westminster, the location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city, there is also a tube station about a 30 second walk from the front door which was ideal. The service was also excellent; the staff were friendly, attentive, and really made an effort. However, I was unfortunately disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. It was quite dirty, with noticeable dust and stains in a few areas. It was a shame, as the rest of the hotel experience was lovely. While I’d love to return for the great location and service, I do hope they address the cleanliness issues to ensure a more comfortable stay in the future.
