The facilities were old but very clean. Location is perfect, plenty of places for breakfast near it. Supermarket is around the corner. Check is in next door building but simple. Fairly cheap for London and so reasonable. Helpful management.

Came here to stay for one night for a show at the Eventim Apollo for my mums birthday. We were able to check in early, confirmed before arrival. Staff were kind and accommodating with queries. The room was clean and we were upgraded as a birthday gift! The hotel staff were kind enough to write my mum a card with best wishes! Comfortable beds and plenty of tea and coffee. The windows were unfortunately very stiff which made them difficult to close. Lovely floral aroma throughout our room! The room had a relaxing feel to it, it was extremely comfortable and pleasant. We slept well apart from road noise and noise from upper floors which is out of control of the hotel and their service. There’s plenty of places to dine and drink down both sides of the road. Location feels safe too which is important to us as we like to roam around and explore. Recommend for a budget stay as a small family, couples or friends! Totally ideal for individuals looking for a cheap night away or going to see shows at the apollo.

We checked In late as reception is 24/7. Hotel was clean,rooms were also clean. Wifi was bit slow on first day but fix it next day. Big Shopping center is on walking distance. No lift but it was ok for us.not good for aged people or kids. But overall it out stay was very good

We stayed here before also,busses,tubes,shops are short walk away. They let us check In early which was amazing as we were really tired. Hotel is very clean and nice. Room given to us was also clean and smells good. They clean rooms every day. Wifi is free It’s cheap and value for money. We had great stay

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was pretty hot in London at this time. The room consisted of 2 "double" beds for us (2 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 10). Too start with, the term double bed seems to have another meaning then what I would expect. The beds were ca 140 cm wide and could barely hold one adult and one child. No way sleeping 2 adults in one bed unless you really like to sleep on top of each other. Then there was only one duvet in each bed so you had to fight for it. We asked for extra but never got any. The shower was barley usable due to extremely low water pressure. My daughter has long hair and could not wash it due to that she would never be able to get the conditioner out of the hair. Really bad. Then there was no AC so the room was extremely warm. There was a fan in the room but it was too loud so we could not use it when we slept. All in all a really bad experience. Maybe this is what to expect in London but we were really dissapointed. I do not recommend this hotel, at least not if you want to stay as a family.

I stayed in a double room and it was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely nice and there was excellent roomservice every day. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also it is super convenient situated , close to all main attractions. Access to tubes and trains at walkable distance.
