Expected better house keeping services.. housekeeper did not refill tissue  box and did not wash cups and utensils..! Water were nit replenished ..!

Staff were friendly and helpful. There are two tube stations nearby (5-10mins walk)

was given a free upgrade to the suite room. however, the room was the set up for 3. had to run back and forth. nevertheless, staff was really friendly (-: would stay again!

Location of hotel is near few underground stations, easily accessible and walkable. Cleaniness of the hotel is average, not exceptional. On our check-in there are flying insects. Service was almost non-present other than a rather seamless check-in and out process. Calls to front desk are often put on hold or unreachable. When requested for bedroom slippers and dental kits they are not followed up. We’re told that they would be sent up but no one reached out after. And we had to go to the front desk to ask again. Amenities are rather poor. Room is old, and room thermal heater is not working. For the duration of our 5 nights stay, they were out of dental kits and we were told to go to the supermarkets across the street to get them. Bathroom slippers were also out, and only given a pair on day 2, when we had 3 of us in the room.

Manager of this hotel didn’t know how to solve guests problem but kept saying she didn’t work that day so she didn’t have responsibilities to solve. Also, her attitude was really bad. I wouldn’t recommend stay here, if you want to have a nice holiday in London. The staff of this hotel will ruin your day. DO NOT STAY HERE!

convenient location with walking distance to Shepherd Bush’s Mash station and Big shopping mall Westfield. Impressive lobby deco and good reception service. However, it should be great if there is cleaner carpet and freezer facility in the room. The phone was not working to connect room service team and I had to visit the reception in person for service request .

The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff at hotel and the Jin bar are all lovely!

Location is great with tube station nearby. Room is neat and compact. However the phone in our room did not work and no one came to fix it despite we requested.

Only 20mins bus to central London. And bus stop front of hotel. Very nice place for family trip

On arrival our needs were attended to very professionally and every effort was made to secure the best possible room for our situation by front of desk Rosario. She went above and beyond what one would normally expect. The staff generally were very friendly and helpful. It was a pity that housekeeping were quite careless in providing the normal little extras every day which we found annoying having to ask for them. On the whole, I’d go back!

Situated 3 minute walk to Westfield Shopping centre and 5 minutes walk to Tube into City so perfect location. Hotel itself very nice . Reception very clean and inviting . Rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable . Only 1 quibble they take a £50 deposit incase you use anything in the hotel and this takes 3 days to get back even though you haven’t used anything ! Would return for a stay .
