I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I had received from Point A Paddington hotel .After we checked in, we used the toilet and went out immediately. But when we came back at night,we found a terrible stain hidden behind the pillow ,something like blood and body fluid.I told the situation to the receptionist, but she only promised to clean it by herself. She told us since we had used the toilet, we could not change the room! The stain was so disgusting and we could not accept it! At last,after long time's communication,we changed the room, which was more cheaper in the basement. I asked for a refund or compensation, But even after we checked out ,we hadn't received a satisfactoy response. It was a terrible experience and wasted a lot of time.We hope you will take it seriously and take immediate action.We are looking forward to your response.
