Hotel location extremely perfect with good proximity to attractions. Very close to the train stations which makes is great, surrounded by food restaurant with options to pick from. However, the 2nd bed was not made until we came had to call and cleaners walked in on us without knocking was very bad as we could be dressing up without any notice. Pool was lovely with the sauna. Front staff were very polite as well. Overall great experience

Lovely hotel, situated close to the underground which is great for commuting around. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful, we had an evening meal which was well priced and lovely would highly recommend

Very thoughtful and well mannered services. Especially the very kind and gentle man at the front desk. He always took care of the guests first and eventually made them feel comfortable like their home and their problems can be figured out whatever the guests problems were he did his best to solve. I misunderstood what he said so I got the wrong room which had two single bed and I already took a shower in the bathroom. He kept saying don’t worry and gave me couple of suggestions and finally I chose I had a extra bed so that my son could sleep on his own bed. Also, I was dead tired from a long journey and he did sympathized how I felt and tried to give better service like asking housekeepers any available rooms for me and my sons to have some rest. I do appreciate your thoughtful services.

Daily cleaning and refill services needs improvement

在英國價格和服務基本相符。入住時是ATTILA先生接待的，其態度温和耐心細緻友好！定的本來是三張床的房間，價格比衹有一張大床和一張單人床高，他不厭其煩的帶着參觀不同房間等，承諾給補送一張單人床。酒店早餐食物品種多尤其是慢火煎蛋火候恰到好處，設備齊全，就是餐座有點擠有時鄰座起身挪動座椅會收到幹擾。

酒店地點很方便 2分鐘就到鄰近Southwark station，梳化床也很舒服。唯一不好的地方就是浴室的磨砂玻璃有點透明能看到人影，和家人住不太方便。

幫朋友待定，地點很方便就在意大利廣場旁邊，樓下有麥當勞肯德基，還有中餐館。適合在這裏參加團隊的人入住。

房間比較舒適，服務挺貼心，在語言交流沒有那麼順暢的情況下非常有耐心，不厭其煩的多次結束，沒有任何不耐煩

地理位置很方便，條件還可以，推薦入住

房間挺好的 就是沒有補紙巾；距離地鐵站比較近 去周邊景點方便；遇到的工作人員比較熱情 服務很好 半夜還有幫我們叫出租車

歐洲十幾國，沒有服務比國內好的。 衹談價格，不談服務。
