The W London is conveniently located near Leicester Square in walking distance of Tottenham Court Road and the Elizabeth line to and from Heathrow Airport. It’s very close to many theatres and shows and steps away from Chinatown. Service was exceptional, including at breakfast. Housekeeping was amazing. Just be prepared to deal with crowds outside the hotel in the evenings. It’s a busy area.

Next to China Town and you can find the best restaurants and shopping area around.

Everything is been perfect!

Had issues from the moment me and my girlfriend entered the suite, The bathroom smelt like raw sewage, the Tv in the bathroom didn’t work and the maintenance man said this has been broken for several months not something you should be having issues with in a 5 star hotel, Also the hairdryer didn’t work and had to be issued one which wasn’t located in bathroom.  We had to ask reception to clean are room the following evening as when we got back no one had been in to even put fresh towels.

整體體驗很不錯，酒店位置很好，服務態度都很好，下樓就是萊斯特廣場和chinatown，距離各大景點也都很近

這個房間很小下半夜開始缺氧頭疼，無緣無故房間中間放一個巨大吧枱，不知道設計師是怎麼想的，定這個酒店主要在愛丁堡的w酒店設施非常滿意，沒想到倫敦的w竟然連中國400一晚上的全季都不如，

我喜歡這個位置 去哪裡都很方便 走路去soho regentst 博物館啥的都不用打車 溜達走就行 女性土特產在******裏面，走路不到五分鐘，看完演出不用擔心晚回家的風險 拖鞋很舒服 我要了好幾雙👌 applepen被我落在這個酒店床單上，去找了前台Sam兩次 也沒給我找到 挺無語的 呸

奇葩酒店，預訂時記錄一家三口，帶未成年孩子，到店了卻説一房不讓住三個人，硬生生要多開一間房，花費近五千元一間晚。吭人！一樓酒吧，通宵吵人。千萬別去住！

沒搞懂這個酒店為何這樣設計 衞生間是隱蔽式的 特別壓抑 裏面的燈還是感應的 洗澡洗着洗着就黑了 還要揮揮胳膊感應到了才會亮 很嚇人 關鍵是房間有個這麼嚇人的壁紙！！！根本不敢睡覺！住了一晚上就住不下去了 跟酒店申請退房 酒店不同意 衹能換房間 將近4000一晚的酒店 雖然在倫敦不算貴 但是性價比太低了！！！感受極差！

應該是W系列酒店中最差的一間了。本想有一個快樂的倫敦聖誕假期。但因為住進了w倫敦酒店，而一切變得不那麼愉快!辦理入住等待時間長，前台服務幷不是那麼的熱情。拿到的房型與綱上定的不同，而且房間的洗手間與浴室散發出一股令人嘔心的氣味。反映後却被堅持告知就是網上定的房間。在要求換房時，却一直被敷衍客滿沒房，等有房再通知我們。然後就一直沒有任何消息和回復。直至在與定房平台交涉後才有一些反應。本想着就算了不換房了，却又被平台告知，酒店説是我們不換房了，才沒有幫我們換。那一刻真的是惱火上升!酒店根本沒有任何和我們溝通，就可以説一種不真實的話嗎？!而後的一天，又選擇性的忘記了清理房間。在白天遊玩，傍晚想回酒店休息一會時，推門一看，卻是沒有做過任何清潔。反映前台，前台服務員也就輕描淡寫的説是忘了。那種不誠懇的態度瞬間讓人更加怒火上升! 真的奉勸來倫敦的朋友，可以不用選擇這家酒店了! 一次很不愉快的倫敦住宿經厲。 我給w倫敦酒店最差的差評!付出的價格與服務完全不符! (但是謝謝酒店女經理~camilla，你的誠意我收到了!謝謝你!也衹謝謝你個人!)
