Me and my daughter got put on the 15th floor, nice views and quiet but there was a very high pitched sound in the room it was a plug socket. As we are both Autistic we did not like it, there was no soap for hands, tap and oilet was a very weak flush/flow and tv didn't work properly. We rang the hotel and told them about the noise, someone came up and said oh is it really that bad, erm yes for us Autistics. Asked if we can change room as 15th floor as very high for us as we not good with heights and we don't like lift's. So we got a room on 4th floor which was better but we lost coffee machine, hair dryer, fan, ironing board and iron so was downsized. The room was a big room for wheelchair user and beds were low but sheets had so many hairs on them including public hair and the room was not clean, smears on walls. So wasn't nice to see. Also very hot. 1st night slept quite ok but 2nd night no ax cleaners were around early talking loud and banging etc snd knocked on our door several times repeatedly while still in bed asking when are we leaving, I said we have until 12 which is check out time. So that was not nice. On 1st night we waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes in the bar to get a drink, some people pushed in as Autistics waiting around is hard for us. We did get pizza both nights as local area didn't really have much in the way of food that we saw, which was actually quite nice even though 2nd night we got forgotten and wasnt believed when we was before another couple who had also ordered pizza. Will we stay again, we don't know. With our disabilities and no one knowing obviously and then looking like we are over reacting which we are not and embarrassing for us as not our fault.
