Very good experience, I booked the hotel for visa application, definitely a great location.

Staff were great , unfortunately the air conditioning was off in the entire hotel and lifts out of order which was no fun on the 7th floor in 30 degrees

Generally clean Every place is pricey in London these few weeks my choice of this place came from the fact that this is half an hours bus ride from Olympia where I needed to be for work and is cheaper than hotel around Olympia

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The meals were delicious and nicely prepared, offering a variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a clean environment. However, the only downside was the lack of power outlets near the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient. Despite this small issue, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The friendly staff and great service made the trip even more pleasant.

A great location and friendly staff. Only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room which would have been beneficial to have!

Having stayed here a few times already we knew what it was going to be like. The rooms are nice enough but in need of a refurbishment. One thing that we have noticed is that even though the hotel is advertised as having airconditioning in the rooms, it hasnt worked in any of the rooms we have stayed in on the past 4 stays. I am presuming that it doesnt work in any rooms or we have just been really unlucky. Breakfast is chaos. The dining area is too small for the number of rooms and the buffet doesnt get refilled very quickly which means people are waiting around. Its fine if you want to go for breakfast at 6.30am when it first opens but any time after 7am is extremely busy. The food is very average but standard for what you get at HI Express. Reception staff are always really friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and the wifi is great for streaming.

Check-in experience was terrible. Reception staff was Fahad was who checked us in, was the rudest person on earth. Our booking was for 2 adults and 1 child but hotel received booking for only 2 adults. We were first told we will be given a room with 1 double bed. However, later they gave us the correct family room after an hour. Breakfast was included in our booking but all hot food was finished half an hour before advertised time. We didn't have any breakfast. We made a complaint with the duty manager.

Overall it’s a good hotel. The only downside is the room is lack of charging point. Only two in the room. The hotel has portable heater. Once that is plugged in then only one in the room. Maybe not practical if you need to charge multiple devices.

They were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious

Convenient location. The hotel is located near Wandsworth town centre and train station, just 6 mins walking distance. Easy access to the other parts of Greater London. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, the hotel environment is neat and clean. The hotel provides a good breakfast, limited choice, it is free. Would stay again.

Very good and clean, the reception are very kind! If u need the toothbrush, just ask them. And the buffet breakfast are very delicious and for free if u booked the hotel!

Visited with family and the sofa bed was broken and unusable but the free breakfast made up
