The location at Hammersmith is good, there are a lot of good food nearby. The breakfast is also good, and the space is good. For the room, the facilities are not properly arranged.

Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Would definitely come back.

8-10min walking distance to the subway surrounding quite lot of restaurants n bistros, very nice and helpful staff.

We found this hotel to be excellent in many ways. It was spotless, specious with friendly & caring staff. Breakfast was excellent too. Anything needed could be arranged with no hassel. The bar prices were a bit high, but that's the only negative! You are also not far from bus & tube stations with bars, pubs and shops around as well as takeaway options. Would recommend & use again!

The Holiday Inn Express London-Hammersmith exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's proximity to public transportation, making it easy to get around London. The room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic experience! For the price, the Holiday Inn Express London-Hammersmith offers excellent value. The room was clean and functional, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

Friendly staff. Have fun, hotel is in a great location, connected to the Underground and Shopping mall. Close to Primark and Wetherspoon.

The first room I was given, 114, had a loud noise coming from an air vent, the floor and bed sheets were stained and the remote control had visible filth on it. Also, the layout of the room was bizarre, for instance, there were two sinks next to each other. I’m not sure of the purpose of this room. The stairwell leading to the first floor smelt of sick as well. On a plus side, I asked to change rooms, the staff were professional and accommodating, my second room on the fourth floor was much more to standard. Breakfast was standard for a holiday inn, which is good for me apart from the instant coffee.

The Holiday Inn Express was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a very convenient location. Staff were friendly! However, the breakfast buffet was very busy and a little chaotic.

Good location as we were travelling from Heathrow next morning, lots of bars and restaurants around. Quick breakfast helped too.

Need to training well you stuffs , they treat customer just like in a market grocery seller , check you room before provided for customers Don’t recommended

10minutes walk to Hammersmith station. Beds are comfy and clean.

The room is spacious and clean, breakfast is superb and good location.

I actually got a really big room at the end of the corridor which is sooo lucky!! I can see the normal room is small but as small. Shower is good have hot water and also shampoo and body wash provided. They do provide toothbrushes and paste and etc if u forgot them. The breakfast is standard, nothing fancy but it is free of charge.

Good breakfast, and walking distance to the train station.
