Det var min første gang i London (og Storbritannien), så jeg var lidt bekymret over at vælge det rigtige hotel, hvor jeg kan føle mig tryg og sikker. Jeg må indrømme, at vores ophold var fremragende. Værelse og badeværelse var rent og ryddeligt, servicen var ekstraordinær (særlig tak til rengøringsdamerne og til fru Marvelou). Vi nød virkelig den daglige morgenmad (buffet) og vores besøg på pub! Personalet var imødekommende og betjeningen i spisesalen gjorde et meget positivt indtryk på mig, de var hjælpsomme og meget høflige. Placeringen er fantastisk, tæt på Russell Square metrostation, British Museum osv. Opholdet på Holiday Inn Bloomsbury er en del af vores fantastiske minder om London, og vi vil vende tilbage.

The hotel claims itself as four-starred standard but to me, they just provide a three-starred service. First, no fridge was provided in the room unless upon request, and the fridge was not cold enough which made the milk rotten. Secondly, water coming from the shower head was weak and was not hot enough. Third, I found yellowish stain on one of the pillows. Most of the personal items, such as slippers, comb could only be provided upon request. Finally, tissue was not refilled after room cleaning on the last day of stay. Apart from the above, the hospitality service was fine.

Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at Holiday Inn bloomsbury,, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. But I have a problem. I left my sling bag in my room, and when I returned to my hotel room, some of the money in my bag was missing. I had counted the amount of rupiah in cash that I had, before leaving the room. Someone had come inside my room, opened my bag amd took it. The lesson is don't leave your bag in your room even if it's just for a moment or for breakfast.

It was a terrible hotel I have ever stayed. At the second night, I saw a bedbug on the curtain. I killed the bedbug. After few seconds, there was another bedbug came out to my bed. I had a nightmare here. We changed the room for the remaining nights. It would be a disaster if I bring bedbugs back to my home. This is a four stars hotel with cleanness promise and it is not a cheap hotel. It is really an unforgivable issue.

The staff are helpful for my stays . And the location for the hotel is very good . It can be improved if it can provide more different styles for breakfast for different days . Because I stayed in the hotel for more than 5 days with same food every day. But , personally, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Old hotel. Showing its age. Service was decent. Breakfast was good. Location is just next to Russel Square tube which is perfect. There’s a Tesco right behind. Super convenient. Not much foot close by, but if you can walk, you can find some food.

A premium room (611) which was fairly standard and needed updating. Breakfast no better than a Premier Inn breakfast. Service was good. Pretty bulk standard. Ok for the odd night but nothing special.

Lovely satffs, the lady at front is kind offering me a kid package and welcome drink. The room is clean and has all I need.

Good location and the breakfast is great. Room is a bit outdated but the size is very comfortable. But one thing really bother me is the staffs there seemed to ignore my email when I told them I left something in the room on Sept 28 after I checked out. I emailed them on 29th and inquired whether they can find it. All I got is their auto reply email of acknowledgement. But I still haven't heard anything back yet. Am I asking too much or is it the normal response time from Holiday Inn?

Great location! Decent number of options for breakfast but the selection was pretty much the same for the week we were there. Daily housekeeping.

Close to railway station and underground which is very convenient. Breakfast not bad but the food was exactly the same for a week.

Staff were pretty great, but dodgy tap, tv remote, and old pillows and a bed that seemed broken (basically touching the floor) were not particularly nice. Could do with a thorough refurbishment to be quite frank. Did the job though, breakfast was nice.

The hotel location is great nearby the Russell Square train station & if u take the bus it will be the last stop. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. Nearby the city centre and there is a little local mall besides with supermarket. However, the room can be cleaner. Staffs are nice and children can enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival.
