인생 최악의 숙박업소. 가격도 싸지 않고 거의 사기 수준. 방 사이즈는 감옥이랑 비슷하고 창문은 굉장히 좁음. 아침에는 비둘기가 창틀에 포진 되어있음. 침대는 더럽고 굉장히 좁음. 화장실도 굉장히 좁고 하수구 냄새가 진동함. 방안까지 화장실의 역겨운 냄새가 퍼져있으며 아무리 환기하여도 없어지지 않음. 인도인 식구에 의해 운영되는것 같은데 전혀 친절하지 않고 비웃는 느낌을 받음.
Worst accommodation of my life. The price is not cheap and almost a scam level. The room size is similar to a prison cell, and the windows are very narrow. In the morning, pigeons are on the window sill. Beds are dirty and very narrow. Basically everythong is dirty. The pods for hot water cannot be used because of hygenic problem. The bathroom is also very small and smells like sewage. The disgusting smell from the bathroom spread all over the room and it didn't go away no matter how much ventilation was done. It seems to be run by an Indian family, but they are not friendly at all. I had to fight myself from strangling them.

Read a few reviews and feared the worst. However, we picked the keys up from reception from a pleasant receptionist and went up to our room. It was quite small, but had a double bed, toilet and shower so we were happy. Bed was comfy, TV had lots of channels, shower was great. Negatives were they could do with new windows as outside traffic was noisy, and also better window blinds. 10/10 for location . Victoria train/coach and railway station within 5 minutes, and Buckingham palace is within a 20 minute walk

Very close hotel to Victoria coach station. Stayed with my two daughters, friendly reception staff. Rooms had been refurbished but the plug sockets not fixed properly to the wall, shower not fixed up against wall properly, the beds very springy and uncomfortable, very small rooms ,wouldn't go back.

Basically the same as all the other reviews but please DO NOT STAY HERE - we checked in on Friday and within 2 hours checked out again. It's basically a building site. After getting to our room - passing the rubbish in the street, the broken doors, wires hanging everywhere and building tools - we discovered the room is tiny, unclean and stained sheets. Then a man started plastering outside our room with dust and dirt coming in from under the door, we had to shout out to him when we wanted to leave so he could move his ladder and tools and let us out. Just avoid.

We all know the ridiculous hotel prices in London. To find a place to stay at around 80 Euros a nights seems incredible. For that price you cannot expect anything but a simple clean room and that was the case. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and new. Internet connection was very good. Dirt by construction works in the building did not bother me. Indian staff was very friendly and flexible and helpful! Room was tiny, but that is London. Location is great, 10min walk to Victoria station.

Do not book this place as it doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The floors were dirty ceiling looked a bit musty, it was freezing inside the room, the walls looked dirty, the bed was not plain, and the doors either from the room or outside were falling apart, did not look like a safe place to stay... Unfortunately, when I booked I haven’t read the comments as I was in a rush booking and decided to get judging by the pictures. We tried to get a reimbursement for at least 2 nights and It was denied, so we lost everything spent and had to get another hotel. This place is not a hotel even if they say so.
